    Love that answer from 2:20. Good summary about how christ sacrafice has broken off the punshment / wrath aspect of the law and now covered under the grace of the perfect life of Jesus christ.

    Please pray for me and my children. I’m ready to give up. But my faith in Jesus won’t let me. Jesus rose from the dead, so I do believe in miracles. I lost my job as a social worker because I declined the vaccine. I declined due to my pre existing health condition (Lupus) and heart disease. I’m on a bunch of medications including blood thinners. I was denied my medical/religious exemption from Forsyth hospital. Since losing my job I’ve been struggling to make ends meet. My husband passed away three years ago. I’m a single mother with two young autistic children.
    We are facing eviction. We have nowhere to go. Struggling daily. I’m so ashamed and embarrassed over my situation. I am so overwhelmed, it’s so difficult on me. I am all alone no family nor friends to help me. I have been put down and mocked because of my circumstances. But I will continue to stand in my faith. Even though I’m struggling bad. I still have FAITH God will provide for me and my children abundantly. In Jesus name.

    100% Grace. If you think that's a green light for sin, then, that's what you're looking for.

    The righteous have been given the Holy Spirit, and we are able to keep the law and follow it, so we will not face any punishment from God.
    Sinners will face the full penalty of punishment that was always required for law breakers, because sin is lawlessness.
    Scripture says so:
    "We also know that the law is made not for the righteous but for lawbreakers and rebels, the ungodly and sinful, the unholy and irreligious, for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers, for the sexually immoral, for those practicing homosexuality, for slave traders and liars and perjurers-and for whatever else is contrary to the sound doctrine that conforms to the gospel concerning the glory of the blessed God, which he entrusted to me."

    New Covenant Whole Gospel:
    Let us now share the Old Testament Gospel found below with the whole world. On the road to Emmaus He said the Old Testament is about Him.
    He is the very Word of God in John 1:1, 14.
    Awaken Church to this truth.
    Jer 31:31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:
    Jer 31:32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD:
    Jer 31:33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
    Jer 31:34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.
    Is the most important genealogy in the Bible found in Matthew 1:1 (Gal. 3:16)? Is God's Son the ultimate fulfillment of Israel (John 1:49)? Why has the modern Church done a pitiful job of sharing the Gospel with modern Orthodox Jews? Why would someone tell them they are God's chosen people and then fail to share the Gospel with them? Who is the seed of the woman promised in Genesis 3:15? Who is the "son" in Psalm 2? Who is the "suffering servant" of Isaiah 53? Who would fulfill the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34? Who would fulfill the timeline of Daniel chapter 9 before the second temple was destroyed? Why have we not heard this simple Old Testament Gospel preached on Christian television in the United States on a regular basis?
    Once a person comes to understand the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34, which is found fulfilled by Christ during the first century in Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:16-18, and specifically applied to the Church in 2 Corinthians 3:6-8, and Hebrews 12:22-24, man-made Bible doctrines fall apart.
    Let us now learn to preach the whole Gospel until He comes back. The King of Israel is risen from the dead! (Acts 2:36)
    ==============================================
    Based on Luke 3:16, and John 1:33, and Acts 11:15-16, the most important thing about the word "baptize" in the New Testament has nothing to do with water. The Holy Spirit is the master teacher promised to New Covenant believers in Jeremiah 31:34, and John 14:26, and is found fulfilled in Ephesians 1:13, and 1 John 2:27. Unfortunately, many modern Christians see water when they read the word "baptize" in the text. Based on the above, what is the one baptism of our faith found in the passage below? How many times is the word "Spirit" found in the passage, and how many times is the word "water" found in the passage?
    Eph 4:1 I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called,
    Eph 4:2 With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love;
    Eph 4:3 Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
    Eph 4:4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;
    Eph 4:5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
    ==============================================
    There is a clear contrast between the two covenants in 2 Corinthians 3:6-8, and Galatians 4:24-31, and Hebrews 8:13, and Hebrews 12:18-24.
    The term "the moral law" is not found in the Bible. It was invented by those who could not find the New Covenant in scripture, and could not let go of the Old Covenant.
    Christ is our Sabbath rest every day of the week in Colossians 2:16-17. The day was only a "shadow" of Christ.

    OK, so we’re supposed to keep the Sabbath and if so, why don’t Christian do it on Saturday? And how would you convey that we should have the sabbath on a Sunday instead of Saturday. Real question.

  • @bensilbernagel4751
    @bensilbernagel4751 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Um, we error in thinking He resurrected on the 1st day of the week and so now we rest on the 1st day. Look at the scriptures again and you will find that He was already resurrected before the 1st day of the week. Plus there is no "word" (verse) that tells us to make the change of when our sabbath rest. When we do things that please or care for men and violates caring / loving our heavenly Father we need to rethink our actions. We are willing to not meet on the Sabbath, because of the "care" for men, but what about our heavenly Father? He instructs us to gather on the Sabbath to worship Him on His day! Hmm, we truly need to rethink and change our ways.

      Hebrews 4:1-12 will tell you everything you need to know. The true Sabbath day meant to be lept is God’s Sabbath day which is EVERYDAY. So by accepting Christ you enter into God’s Sabbath and not Israels. Gods Sabbath the TRUE Sabbath. So for Christians our Sabbath is everyday so we still keep the Sabbath.

    Well damn all 3 guys failed to answer this. We are not under the Law in terms of, no works of the Law can justify us but only Jesus.
    However the Law instead of subscribing works that were meant to justify Israel it did define sin for us, hence if we want to understand what sin is the Law is useful for that.
    The issue at hand here, has always been us been enemies of God because of sin and the Law does give us insight into what is sin.
    So in a nutshell we are not under Law for justification but Christ and the Law is useful for understanding what God dislikes.

    If you say that the Bible tells us how to keep the law. Then we all need to keep the Sabbath laws as God specified them.

      The Sabbath reflects God's creational order. The only thing that would change that is nothing short of a new creation....oh wait: 2 Corinthians 5:17

      The context of 2 Cor 5:16-19 is clearly about the new nature given to individual believers when they are made new. This new nature enables us to preach the gospel to others. It says nothing about creation as a whole becoming new.
      My argument is with Pastor Webbon's assertion that we are no longer under the curse of the law only. He also stated directly that the law in the Old Testament tells us HOW to keep the two great commadment: Love God, love your neighbor. Putting aside the day we observe the Sabbath for now, the law dictates that we obstain from ALL labor on God's Sabbath. Including cooking. If Mrs Webbon ever cooked a Sunday dinner for her family she broke the Sabbath as explained in the law. If Pastor Webbon asked her to do it he is guilty as well. I don't hold this standard myself. I'm just trying to wrestle with the implications of his statements.

      @@BossBattle21 "All things have become new". All things in context is "all things". Christ's resurrection was the beginning of the curse being removed from the world. Also read what Christ says about the Sabbath when his disciples pluck wheat to eat on it.

    Hells Angels can apply death to how much they Love each other, dyeing for a bother is demonstrated by some, not all would. Same ability like christians clubs have members who wouldn't risk death for Hells Angels nor christians requirments for salvations limitations.

  • @aletheiaquest

    I agree with almost everything here, except for the explanation regarding the Sabbath. Nowhere in scripture does it say or even hint at a change in observance from the Sabbath to the 1st day of the week.
    Ask every single 1st-day-of-the-week-observing-pastor why they observe the 1st day of the week instead of the Sabbath and they'll say the same thing: Jesus rose from the grave on the 1st day of the week. Even if that were true, and it's not, that does nothing to change the day of Sabbath rest.
    A common thread in Christendom is the belief that days are reckoned from sunset to sunset. This is incorrect. The 24 hour cycle begins and ends at dawn, not sunset. We don't need to get our theology from Judaism. Jesus was resurrected towards the end of the Sabbath.
    This means all of Christendom, because they believe they should observe whatever day Christ rose from the grave, should switch to Sabbath observance in place of their 1st day of the week ritual.
    If you want something that represents the resurrection of Christ, you already have it; it's baptism.

      @@BossBattle21 I am well aware of this verse and it most definitely does not teach Jesus was resurrected on the 1st day of the week, contrary to popular belief with this verse. If this is your only response, then the chasm is so great, I couldn't possibly close it on my own, especially in a reply section of a YT video.
