Linkin Park was such a huge influence on me as a kid. Grew up in the 90's and saw them in 2001 as my first concert at 14. Seeing Chester always kills me.
Chester Bennington was left to us ,but his legacy are remain,in my heart we love you wherever you are now and forever your songs and Linkin will be mine forever ❤❤❤
As an older man now I hear and watch this and realize that he was crying for help and his music was the only way that he knew to seek that help. If you are out there and having feelings about hurting yourself please get help, the world is a better place with in it.
Such a good song. I always felt like its about an abusive relationship, where one person is trying to change the other person into what they want them to be, without letting them be their own person. I know that Chester grew up with an abusive father, so this could fit into that situation as well & may very well be what he was thinking when writing the song.
Lost, when I heard that song, it climbed to the top linkin park song in my list of favorite linkin park songs. I highly recommend it. It is a bit of a tear jerker, though.
I couldn't pick just a few songs from each album, especially not from their first two albums and their fourth album; those to me are just good from start to finish. You could also consider listening to a live performance, rather than only going with the songs with music videos. "A Place For My Head" Live In Texas is amazing! Looking forward to seeing more Linkin Park reactions, no matter what you chose to do ❤
In Russia, everyone knows Chester and Linkin Park, but in America and Europe they don't, it's funny! We know even more about you than you know about yourself. Think about it.
Oh no way there's a whole album? I had heard the Numb remix with Jay Z on it back when I was young but didn't realize they had an album together -Dayle (guy on the left)
imagine if you were this kids grandpa and lived through the horrors of ww2 and managed to keep your emotions at bay and then your grandkid goes and hangs himself because his parents were "smothering"
Chester Is The Legend And Only Chester Is Different From The Others And Because Chester Has Also Saved Many People And I Really Understand Chester's Pain All This Time Even When Chester Died I Really Understand Chester's Suffering Sometimes I Just Feel It Makes My Heart Hurt Chester Will Always Be In My Heart And Always Be In My Life And Chester Will Always Be By All Of Us And Chester Will Always Be With Good People 😢🖤❤💚
l always have a hard time listening to this song! It reminds me of all the hate my stepdad had for me! l realized it wasn't me he hated it was himself!!! No matter how hard he tried he never broke me!! After my mom passed , l never saw any of them again. l was the stepbrother and stepson. with my mom gone l was no longer relevant
I'm sorry that you experienced that! I think it's fantastic that you realised that perhaps he didn't hate you but most likely hated himself. Many times when people aren't happy / fulfilled within themself they will project it on those around them, even those who they're closest with! It's a shame that you had to experience that, and I'm awfully sorry that your mom passed! But I'm glad that you don't have to experience him projecting his own misery onto you anymore. It's great that you're aware of this as you will go on to not repeat the way he treated you. It's fascinating how music can trigger memories and take us back to good / bad places in life, I hope you're doing well now though Juan! glad you stopped by the channel
My Homie Playboy the Beast has a new song out called "1776" it's got a chill vibe with a hard message , would really appreciate it if you could check it out 🙏
How could people not know he was suicidal. All his lyrics are an expose of suicidal thoughts. Its all out in the open, NOTHING IS HIDDEN,then he kills himself, Fucking amazing
Chester was amazing.. I can’t really describe how his music resonated with so many. His death was tragic and I cry every time I see a LP video

From the moment he sings, you can see your face, bro, haha, I love that ♥️
This was the anthem of all marginalized and depressed kids, so relatable it saved a lot of us, sadly we couldn’t save Chester later.

There's this version of "crawling" its a slow version live performance and Chester is being touched by the audience.... I really liked that 😢
In Russia, everyone knows Chester and Linkin Park, but in America and Europe they don't, it's funny! We know even more about you than you know about yourself. Think about it.
More funny still?? In Venezuela we know all about chester and lp, and don't speak English...

Listening to this album after Chester committed suicide, it’s like he was telling us he was going to do it. … such a loss.
Yeah…rip Chester. Loosing him when it happened hurt, it hurt me in so many different ways because his music hit my heart in so many ways
