X-men 141 was a 9.6 that sold for $350, not a 9.8!

Just picked up a X men 12 CGC 4.0 for $459.00 jumped on it straight away
I must say that I would buy the coast Riter number one. I think Damien Halestorm will be a future character, and the price will go up.
I rather find them in the raw and decent readable condition

I had to laugh when you said to buy GSXM-1 only if you plan to hold it for 20 years. I got my 9.2 19 years ago for what a 2.0 sells for now. 😂

Hey Lawrence, good morning I always look forward to your Thursday videos. This is Bob in Connecticut.. yes, the X-Men are definitely coming back. The prices are starting to go up.. I mentioned before I bought my X-Men 1 raw many years ago at New York comic con. It came back 7.0 I still have it last 7.0 just sold for $40,000 on eBay.. that’s the book to have of the X-Men. No question about it..

@@mightycomicsandcollectibles believe it or not I only paid $300 for the X-Men. I also bought my first amazing fantasy 15 raw many years ago from the comics buyers guide for $450 and it came back restored no trimming 8.0.

It is undervalued. A 9.8 should be in line with a NM 98. But it’s half the price. With that said at this point if hasn’t gotten there it never well. So I’d wait till it comes down if u want to own the book.
