I NEED TO KNOW HOW TIGER FUNERAL Or atleast theories on how it’s innate ability would work like how nue has electric wings cuz I’m hoping it’s not a divine dog totality copy
What u think?? Couldn't ui ui just swap gojo and yuta back because in the flash backs when they swap bodys ui ui technique works the same as kenjakus only without the timer or burnout... Etc you can even say his version is the perfection on kenjakus techniques cuz he can swap back when he likes. What's your thought??
yo I saw this theory a little while back but can you explain your thoughts or the community of JJK nerds here chime in !!?? (that is a prideful badge!) So the theory was that Gojo would, could have beaten, or at least prolonged the Sukana fight if he didn't stop the chat after the hollow purple that he survived. The theory said that he gave Sukana enough time to chant the words needed to make the world cutting slash. I believe this theory to be very plausible b/c if you think about it Gojo (like Sukana) was alone at the top {as stated he was the strongest b/c he was Gojo}. In that moment he had another enlightenment that someone was as strong if not stronger than him (i.e. train scene confirming his final thoughts to the reader). This theory would also bring around full circle Gojo's arc of finding an equal but also knowing an equal exists. This would confirm a few things to him but also that his students could reach his potential if Sukana could be as strong as him (gojo). Another possible thought is that b/c Gojo realized he had an equal that (wasn't human) may have made him feel happy that he (a human) could compete or be owning (in his mind) the one to be considered the most powerful of all time which again would imply it can be done. Gojo's life mission after Geto wasn't to change how curses become or to make everyone on their own to be able to manage their cursed energy therefore not letting curse spirits come into being, but was to get the next generation ready to be better than "the honored one". His death led to the success of the rest of the jujutsu sorcerers being able to rise to his level now that he was passed away. (he know during their mini training arc that his class had so much potential but yet he still shouldered the burden of fighting Sukana first) I don't think it was just about ego but rather him making the ultimate sacrifice that if he was wrong about him being the strongest then it would give invaluable data to the rest who would follow after him in his footsteps. I think part of Gojo's growth was even in realizing that someone could oppose him by themselves and he used it as a catalyst to make everyone else stronger though bonding to fight the ultimate evil. Honestly no matter what others opinions are I believe that besides some of the culling game interactions that JJK was near perfect manga that gave depth to every character we came across and in turn helped them keep growing till the end. Damn near perfect writing 9/10 manga and anime. Thoughts guys if you agree with Gojo's arc and how his arc reaching a climax helped the other well written characters reach theirs's (minus a few characters b/c frankly Maki got shafted in the final fight but at least had her arc done well before the culling games and during)
Im genuinely surprised how many people think Yuta performed better than Gojo. Like did we read the same story? Gojo was working Sukuna up and down the city before he got hit with the WES while Yuta was awkwardly swinging with his body. Like Yuta did well but we know Gojo was the strongest because he was Gojo.
It's mind boggling that someone could have that take, and unfortunately takes like that unfortunately strengthens the whole " jjk fans can't read" narrative.
Nah JJK readers are crazy, Gojo was defeating Sukuna until we have to follow the plot. Yuta is goated, but he fight a half power Sukuna, without 10 shadows and Yuta was luck to be alive (but of course he helped too, before piloting Gojo body and after)
The simple answer is that she just woke up half an hour before using resonance, so the timing was "random" for them. The only conclusion i got from all this is that Nobara had to be taken out the story because her CT is too OP.
I feel like Nobara being out of the story thoughout the culling games makes total sense bc what was she going to accomplish during them? Her being gone also strengthened the dynamics between Yuji and Megumi.
@@macktheknifee9301i mean , maki is right behind her , the girl literally slaughtered her entire clan and went round 2 against naoya when he became a curse.
I would like to add a thought to your explanation about Nobara's timing: When we observe Yuji, Megumi and Nobara, we'll find three archetypes of learning paths: Yuji faces all facets of life, learns step by step and has a growing performance curve. Megumi has to do some shadow work (literally, too..) and has to get to his core of despair, shame and guilt to overcome it. And Nobara is, to use Gojo's words, a bit crazy ^^ In the beginning I was a bit annoyed by her because she seemed to be so full of herself :D I need to be faaar more patient if I wanted to teach her. She had a big mouth and wasn't calm enough to channel her energy - and latter was the requirement for her to grow. So life, as hard as it is, knocked her off to make her shut up for a while so she can work in her stamina/perseverance/staying power. We didn't know for a very long time if she was well enough, but we definitely knew for sure that she wasn't declared dead. She just had to go a different path than her friends. I love the fact that Yuji attacked Sukuna from near distance while Megumi attacked Sukuna from the inside. But we needed also someone who attacks him from long distance - who could get the job done? ;) Gojo surely is very proud of these kids :) And also of himself for teaching them how to cooperate in baseball. (Sorry for the long text x) Greetings and hugs from a nerdy literature teacher! 😋 )
Hippety thank you so much, I love this analysis! I talk about it in my video here: th-cam.com/video/n5aq0PhAHCA/w-d-xo.html Also much love for being a lit teacher, I can definitely attribute a lot of my passion for this to one of my lit teachers!
Yuji said he has the power to end Sukuna, I am curious to know how he planned to kill Sukuna without the convenience of Nobara and Megumi's intervention
Omg Gege's Idol manga is just gonna be the Nobara spin-off!! Her mom had her young but left her with her grandparents to follow her dreams of becoming an idol /s
@@MANJYOMETHUNDER111 What did that do to disprove anything I just said. Yes she was. But she didn't wake from it until 30 minutes before she used resonance on Sukuna...
I actually think the resonance technique hitting may have stopped sukuna's domain from expanding. I think this because: 1. When sorcerers domain clash, the presence of two or more techniques nullifies the techniques imbued in the barriers. 2. When activating domain amplification, incoming techniques get neutralized by the enhanced innate domain (which may in some way hold the user's technnique) 3. Nobara's technique seems to hit the soul, which we know from Mahito and Yuji's interactions with Sukuna, is at least very closely related to somebody's innate domain. So, Nobara's technique uses a severed piece of the opponent to strike their soul. When she does this, her technique is forced onto their soul/innate domain. The hit does damage to the soul no matter what, but the presence of 2 techniques active in the same body may nullify the target's technique just like in a domain clash. And if Sukuna had already begun expanding his domain when the resonance hit, it could have canceled out his cursed technique and therefore ended the domain. That counts even if it was early in the process of expanding the domain, so Sukuna was put back on cursed technique burnout, which he can no longer even heal, much less wait out, since he gave himself brain damage gojo-style to even get that domain off.
You're awesome been wanting to ask something for awhile. Who smokes that green in jjk? And what other drugs do any other characters do? I always thought if Kenny body swapped into someone with a drug addiction he'd be hooked so he low key does some drugs or something.
I think the person who is yelling at yuta is a family member of gojo. They are training him to be the next head of clan. They'd still wanna keep close to their family techniques plus yuta would still be extremely powerful once he master's everything.
Even if two sorcerers possess the same innate technique, the difference between the user's mentality and even the era they are born in slightly modifies the way the technique is expressed. We see this with the application of Yuji’s shrine being very different to Sukuna’s. The limitless and Ten Shadows however seems to be pretty straight forward how do you think Gojo’s usage of Limitless w/ six eyes would differ from users of the past? What about ten shadows?
given the story's heavy themes about karma in jujutsu, and the overall sense that a lot of the story is about young Japanese people's struggles to move forward in life in a society that still hangs on to a lot of weird, destructive old traditions (to be clear, every society has their own version of this problem, i'm not singling out Japan here), i tend to think the timing on Nobara's return is less about plot convenience or coincidence and more about elements of jujutsu society's outcasts, sacrifices, and tragic exploitative deaths boomeranging back as the world itself moves on and begins to leave behind old ideas. that said, as much as i usually prefer stories to be subtle about this kind of thing, i'll fully admit that this one could stand to have a bit of further explanation, so if my ideas about it don't feel like they're enough for somebody else, that's definitely still fair and i get it.
Thinking about it, Nobara is THE archetypical Jujutsu sorcerer, and a crazy powerful tool to have in the shed. We should have seen a lot more from her.
Literally all gege had to do was just write that she’s been up for a while and kept hidden so yuji and by extension sukuna doesn’t know, exactly like what he ALREADY did with todo. I knew she wasn’t dead too because she was never blatantly shown or stated to be dead (general rule of thumb in fiction) but this was just too convenient and could have been given a much better explanation.
@@jd50053 still, the "I get it" from Yuji in that scene is so dumb for me. Like imagine that interaction in real life without the dramatic shots on their eyes from the manga
It still peeves me that Nobara was clearly dropped solely because her technique was just strong but wasn't convenient like Infinity. Gojo got all this clout, Nobara was insulted. And the same goes for Todo. Gege didn't give her some kind of injury or draw back from surviving Mahito, nor did he create opponents she'd struggle against. He just booted her off the face of the earth and pulled her out the tool box when it was convenient. Sure, there is a given reason for it, but it's very convenient that she just happened to wake up now, and that we heard nothing of her for the entire time she would have been useful.
I think what makes Nobara's convenient return hard to swallow is the justification for why she hasn't shown up until now. Gege used the laziest excuse possible by pulling the "She was in a Coma" card, which to me rivals the "Amnesia" card as one of the worst excuses to keep a character out of the story since you completely remove any agency from the character and they become a prisoner of the plot until the author decides it's time for them to come back. Maybe if we had had a few chapters where we see her slowly recovering from the coma and being updated on the situation and having to figure out how to recover quickly enough to help in the battle her return would have flowed better and given more weight to the fact that she was in a near-death state for so long.
Exactly. You're preaching, brother. Literally make her shatter Sukuna's Domain at 261(on top of the things you said). This isn't a direct win-con, isn't too random, Yuta doesn't have to come in, Todo and Yuji are still f-cking up Sukuna. Maybe Megumi wakes up, too, just like in recent chapters.
Since we primarily view the story following Yujis perspective. They probably kept her recovery a secret from him on the chance that he and sukuna were mentally linked. That's why her return is just as surprising to Yuji as it is to the readers
True like him comparing it to Goku showing up last minute against the ginyu force doesn’t work for me since they would occasionally cut to Goku training on the pod before he actually landed on namek, so it’s not like they had no idea that Goku was on the way & he just randomly popped up to save them last minute, at least his last minute arrival/save was built up way more than Nobara
I don't think Mahito's domain removed only Todd's hand because it was 0.2 secs. I'm pretty sure Todo cut off his hand (right?) To prevent it from spreading through out his body and killing him.
Imo yuta in gojos body is geges way of paying the ultimate respect to Gojo, truly admitting that he doesn't just have a busted technique and that it's only a part of his strength, his strength came from skill
The reason it feels particuarly bad in nobaras case is they werent activley doing anything to wake her up. A lot of plot convienent timing does happen but normally that is too just make a scene feel more tense. "The heros struggles in a clash but at the last possible moment he got it done" such as gojo beating sukuna in the domain opening. Nobara on the other hand was knocked out for 2 months in a coma and it just so happens her natural recovery was timed right then. It comes across as gege not having a way to keep abilities from completely ruining his plot and needing to come up with hand wavey solutions to make it work out And shes far from the only example. Gege had no way for mahoraga to adapt to unlimited void so he had megumi suffer the consequences for it. Which could be fine but megumi was completely unhindered by this and was just fine to help beat sukuna in the end. Todo also only figured out his technique at the exact moment against kenjaku for some reason.
We don't know if they were trying or not. I think the problem is that Gege always leaves things vague. That's part of why he's so successful tho. Vague means more online theories, meaning more free marketing
Yea I wish we got more background on how did Nobara recover, since she didnt get idle transfigured, but rather just lost her eye, but she did die so rlly curious hoe they brought her back
@eclergt9926 she did get idle transfigured. Thats mahito's CT and how he made her face explode. What you mean is she didnt change into a transfigured human. The damage mahito did is still soul damage. What we really need to know is who tf can heal the soul.
@@edgbarra i mean we knkw the medical team was busy and even if they could do it rct isnt a slow thing theirs no reason to justify it happening now when it didnt work 2 months ago
@@blaneonthemoon2507 she got the same injury as Nanami (season 1) and I don't think that was anything related to soul damage, but rather just damage. By same injury I mean how both Nanami and Nobara protected theit soul from the ability, and just got normal damage
The best thing for the story wouldve either been for nobara to just be dead or for there to be more chapters. Them saying "she woke up half an hour ago" and having her be the thing that slows sukuna enough to be finished stole a huge moment from yuji. Did he have the power to end sukuna on his own atp? We dont know. What does his domain do? We don't know. Whats the domains name? We dont know. We dont know anything. This goes beyond just this chapter or this fight. Open ends can help a story in moderation because it leads to discussion and theories but too many open ends can ruin a series.
the name of the domain are not that important to ruin a story and we know that domain was using shrine to hit sukuna's soul. the point was to show sukuna that having people that love and care around you is more important than being the alone relaying only on yourself. it wasn't about can yuji defeat sukuna
Yea but we can see how Goku is training in his ship while the others are getting beaten by Ginyu force. We were led to believe Nobara was dead and written off just for her to be like opapi mothafuka.
Personally, I only have ONE small issue with Nobara's return. There could've been a tiny little bit more foreshadowing in the previous chapters. Like, few randomly occured panels with a heartbeat of an unknown person or characters talking about "final trump card" that might happen or not happen etc. Thats it. More foreshadowing would make that scene less of a surprise, but at the same time it would look much more of a Chekhov's gun rather than deus ex machina
@@Kadam_01 Definitely. I just think there could be more "prep time" for the reader in 2-3 chapters before actual return of Nobara. It would make her appearance less sudden and swift. But it's just my opinion
If you think about it, yuji said before even knowing nobara was still alive, that he could kill sukuna. So either way he was gonna kill him/had a way to without nobaras help. That's from my understanding anyway, so how would that make it an ass pull, or perfect timing. Just seems like luck to me and I think it worked perfectly.
Good afternoon, So my cousin and his bro-in-law been debating on whether the force(SW) can bypass infinity. Mainly could Darth Vader force choke gojo while it's activated? Lol I told I'll see if you could settle their debate cause I'm tired of hearing them 😂
Going by JJK haters’ logic, Berserk is a terrible story because Skull Knigjt conveniently showed up out of nowhere to save Guts and Casca from the eclipse
Although I like Nobara's return. This is a horrible comparison. Skull Knight has shown on multiple occasions that he some future cognition, on every occasion that he has shown up he has teased the eclipse.
lol not all deus ex machina are equal, it's not just that Nobara jumped in right on time it's that the story rendered her irrelevant for almost 150 chapters before doing it
I remember Wukongggg got ratio'd on the replies for this comment, and it made sense. I appreciated Gojo's creativity in his CT use even more after seeing Yuta fumble the whole bag in his body (for the most part)
Literally the only thing needed to be said is that sukuna was simply too strong and could have sent feedback though resonance we have reason to believe that it’s possible especially with Curse speech
Great work addressing the perceived shortfalls, especially the timing of Nobara's attack not being the perfect time. Something that is easy to overlook in the excitement of the climax.
I think I got an interesting theory on Uraume . If you look at the panel you can see a slash on her neck and then she ices out. While reading I thought to myself what if Sakuna cut her throat long ago and she's been using her curse technique to lower her body temperature to stay alive like a zombie to serve Sakuna. It would maybe explain how she has survived these thousand years and why she serves him. Just thought it was strange I haven't heard anybody theory craft that, admittedly there is allot of head cannon there.
If my original super thanks comment shows up don't worry about refunding it, let's try this again lol Love the vids my dude! Been watching for a few months and you are hands down the best JJK youtuber I've watched. The takes are consistently great and the analysis is always spot-on. It's awesome that you have created this space of positive and interesting discussion to cut through the weird negativity infesting the fandom. But enough glazing, here's what i would really like to hear your opinions on: Regarding the Claws of Calamity, when the gang is speaking to Tengen, Maki mentions that both the Zenin and the Kamo clan raided the warehouse containing all their cursed tools. Do you think the claws possibly belonged to the Kamo clan? This may be why we do not see them until after Noritoshi trains Yuji in Blood Manipulation. This is my theory of how Yuji obtained them. In regards to Tengen's Barriers being what holds Curses and Cursed Energy predominantly to Japan, do you think their collapse could open the door for another story to be told in this universe on another part of the world? Would you prefer something like that, a story based in a previous era, or an entirely new story and world from Gege? I believe the latter is most likely what we'll get following the final chapter, but its fun to speculate isn't it? Excited for whatever comes next for both Gege and this Channel. Thanks Again!
Being completely unbiased and goo goo crazy bc that’s what fanatics and I wanna be different individuals tend to do , it was poor writing . Idk how anyone can say that it isn’t. Sure everyone lives . Idk why there’s this cliff hanger about yuta . Like we know he alive . But it felt rushed . There was soo many topics introduced early on that never got mentioned again. Gege started strong but he just half assed the rest . You can clearly tell that he didn’t gaf. A whole fight with hakari and urame ,.. not even off screened bc she just killed herself . Takaba ? Is he dead ?
@@quinnozaki-mcneill1688he goes out of his way to avoid saying anything negative about the series or gege’s writing, lol. It’s one of the ONLY bad parts about him, is that he’s incredibly dishonest when it comes to thay

When disecting dialogue of this manga it's important to acknowledge that this manga is originally written in japanese and john werry can be confusing sometimes.
Nobara's return was unsatisfying because it didn't feel like it should've been up to luck but it did and at the same time it took way too long. There was setup but it would be like if Gojo came back to help Yuta because the body is the soul and the soul is the body. It was still cool but it really just took way too long that I no longer considered her alive
The main difference with any convenience in a story and the Nobara situation is that with Nobara the caracters went out of their way to leave that unresolved and there was NO foreshadowing to something that important. Mencioning the Nobara theory as an argument without saying the "Crackpot Status" that the theory had for literal years it's just deshonest
@@HabitualThinker not throwaway dialogue at all. This entire arc has been visiting the past. Who else could it be? (Be reasonable not try to be right). I’m just saying that foreshadowing can be done muuuuuuuuuuuch earlier in a story. Hints per se.
@@thebwarrior7410my personal theory on why: cause it gives away his ending. He’s always had the plan of either 1 person lives, or 1 person dies. If he lets everyone know she’s in a coma still alive, that kinda gives away that ending. Unless he somehow killed both Yuji and Megumi along with Gojo. But that seems unlikely
6:46. I understand the point, but the circumstances are completely different. While Yuta did nowhere near as well as Gojo vs Sukuna despite literally having Satorou as a teacher, he had at most a month to train (which pales compared to the years of time Gojo would have had to train, with help from information within his clan). So imo it doesn't answer the question at all. Since it seems the last few chapters will be focused on saving Yuta, if we get anything conclusive, it'll happen then.
Also I don't think people should discount the skill of yuta just cuz he couldn't handle gojos techniques ... gojou literally needed months to figure things out and had a lot of time to get used to things... ofc he is talented but still yuta was able to do a lot with what little time he had
Finally!. Gojo was the strongest because he was Gojo. But, yutas' performance was magnificent. Bro was trying to read gojos' memories and yet still put hands on sukuna.
I think the reason they didnt use resonance early is because they couldnt. They had no idea where the Finger is untill Yuta got into Gojos body. Plus Nobara was a sleeping queen
I think you are spot on about Nobara's timing. Whenever she entered it would have made a huge impact and "it would still be the perfect timing" However there are 2 things to consider. Had she awaken before the fight it would have felt much more natural. The thing about leaving her to she just woke up is what makes it feel very lucky. Had they made it to we just woke her up, or we had been keeping her in secret from yuji, or we were waiting for this exact moment when sukuna would be the most weakened because there was only one chance with this.... Also it is only after sukuna receives Nobara's technique that Yuji is finally capable of taking down Sukuna. Like it was about to be shown that Yuji would defeat him without her, so it kinda steals his thunder a little. but more important than that. like it is inmediatly over after Nobara that makes her entrance just too perfect. Also that we didnt see any backfiring of the technique or how Yuji now changes modifys his technique to better take advantage of Nobara's technique. Like she just zapped him and he was done. So it is a matter of how it was portrayed I think. It could have felt a bit more rewarding, On another note, I'm not sure why but it didnt made such an impact on me when I saw her. Like being introduced by gakuganki kind of ruined it for me a little bit. Like the surprise was gone too fast, there were zero doubts it was her. Idk
13:25 that sketch being the inside cover for 26 is interesting. Gojo’s birthday was December 7th and he was stuck in the prison realm for 19 days and time doesn’t pass there, therefore from his birthday if we add 19+7 we get 26. 26th of December is when Gojo actually turns 29. We weren’t told the timeline after Sukuna’s death on purpose because it might be the 26th and that would be a dead giveaway for his comeback.
Idk bout the Gandalf thing but we were aware that Goku was gonna arrive on names in fact we the audience heavily anticipated Goku's arrival but ain’t a soul was anticipating Nobara's which what I believe the difference is. The only thing saving it from being Deus ex machina is simply that one phrase from nitta.
At any point of the fight her waking up would’ve been helpful no matter what there was no perfect time for her just a necessary one if she wakes up while sukuna fights gojo there’s no better time
Gojo glazers are so crazy; theyll compare a Yuta with like a couple hours of experience using six eyes limitless vs. a man whos been using it his entire life and say yup. Gojos the strongest.
mei mei has been watching the fight with her crows the moment yuji popped domain she should know now is the pivotal moment to deploy the same nobara they were debriefing 30 minutes ago
I think the mention of nobara waking up 30 minutes before was to address exactly this question of why not during any other fight why now. Like a it came now because she woke up just now.
U kn what would have been insane Sukuna after Yuji domain sure hit effect... returning to his last finger after he gets separated like we saw in the panel.... And then Yuji consuming that last one finger which had all sukuna remains combined...thus sukuna getting sealed by Yuji coming full picture... Then later after some couple slice of life good chapter Yuji dying in the final chapter surrounding by the people he cares full circle Everything coming to the end .... This would hv really worked as this was the original plan ...n grandpa wish coming true to the end ... This type of ending would hv been amazing in my mind
The thing about convenience is that this fight is filled with critical moments, Nobara could've showed up in a 100 different places and it'd been just as “convenient" because there were just so many points in the fight where Sukuna was almost defeated, anytime during Gojo VS Sukuna, when Higuruma got the Executioner's Blade , Yuta's domain, Maki's ambush, Yuji's Dismantle, Nobara showing up here wasn't anymore convenient for the heros as it was for Sukuna thst she didn't show up before so I don't think it's badly written in any way 3:40 pretty much
Nobora coming back at the exact moment when she did was luck. Gojo being born when he was born was luck. Yuji having his grandpa in his life was luck. Kenjaku being relatively unserious was luck. The conditions of Sukunas possession being a point of weakness was luck…etc etc…We control very little of our lives, but the parts we do control are our responsibility to make the most of; use skill to make our own luck
Do u think we will be able to see nobara's and yuji domain expansion case we never saw her domain expansion and it would be nice to know what more can yuji's domain can do
My only issue is why didn't yuta use resonance the finger during the gojo v sukuna fight since I'd think that yuta could do much more damage with it causing gojo to win at any point (probably most effective during the domain clash)
@@Kotasakeyea did because yuji clearly stated that he had the power to kill Sukuna and gege went a brought back a character that hasn't been relevant for 200 chapters because Gege is shit at writing female characters like most male mangaka
to me 236 if Gojo permanently die is already a happy ending for him. When Shoko (his final friend) had given up on him during Yuta's flashback there is no more reason to go back in the living world.
The thing with Nobara is storytelling and timing in writing. If someone wanted to talk about how she showed up 5 chapters to the end, that’d be one thing, but just randomly dropping her would also be called bad writing at that point
The ultimate proof to me that Gojo is the strongest because he’s Gojo and not the other way around is the fact that Sukuna had to come up with a one of one solution to defeat him. Sukuna gave up the ability to use his most powerful technique with no restrictions specifically to beat Gojo in this one time battle, assuming that he would never have to face another opponent like Gojo.
my theory about what happened with uraume is that we know that uraume's able to preserve cursed spirit flesh after its death, which is why they're sukunas chef. so theoretically, maybe they were keeping themselves going despite all of hakaris hits by doing the same preservation on themselves. so when sukuna died, rather than unaliving themselves, uraume moreso "let go"
I thoroughly agree with wukong. It took gojo years to become the strongest. I feel yuta can achieve the same level with the same amount of time. Maybe even less
Since there is still confusion on why domains and anti domains like hollow wicker basket drop here's my interpretation based on multiple translations and comparing multiple different peoples opinions: domains and anti domains work like concentration in D&D. If you take enough damage or a huge single hit, you have the chance of losing concentration and dropping whatever concentration was empowering. That's why Gojo and Sukuna kept saying they just needed to damage each other to drop the others domain. That's why Nobara's suprise attack canceled wicker basket
@@Kotasakehearing that she woke up 30 minutes before the scene ruined it for them. Theyd be fine if she was actually foreshadowed or shown some time far before this moment. Or was awake for a while but hidden like todo and his ct.

@@alexweil7296 It really was just him pointing out everything wrong with the tier list that put Kashimo above Sukuna and Gojo. it was a short 3 min vid but that's p much all it said
Alright normally I’m all for the positivity and understanding, but comparing Goku’s arrival on namek to her return is similar to comparing apples to oranges. Goku was blatantly shown heading to namek for quite some time prior to the Ginyu force beating up on Vegeta, Krillin, and Gohan. Nobara wasn’t seen at all since her incident in Shibuya. Also, Nobara’s cursed technique could be applied equally useful against… well 100% of the verse so the foreshadow there is somewhat moot. Lastly, I think the suddenness of Gege revealing they are ending it soon may have made her return feel even more hastened than it probably would have otherwise.
That case was technically out of nowhere as well but we know yuta was in africa for some time and also had contact with gojo throughout it. Its not as ambiguous as the nobara situation was.
What if the one screaming at yuta is inumaki? That would leave an impact specially considering the fact that he can’t talk normally without possibly harming himself or others
Gojo showed hes the strongest because he is Satoru Gojo. NOT the other way around. His creativity and quick thinking was unmatched. Had Sukuna worried even with the plan he had with Paparaga. Yuta is just as analytical and couldnt cook like Gojo did in his body. Id say he answered that question in his fight with Sukuna. Yuta flopping just reaffirmed that
Sukuna is the strongest not Gojo. Enough with the agenda pushing please. Or else it's gonna end up like how people actually think Goku is a bad father bc of literal decades of agenda pushing
What if their was someone who actually pushed Sukuna to the limit in the heian era but wasn't in the jutsu records cause the person (male/female) doesn't have curse energy what's so ever and they were only just a regular person going one on one with the birth of the King of Curses?
Nobara's comeback was pure plot , if she didn't intervened sukuna would have opened his domain and Yuji would be dead as hewould have facede CT burnout plus cursed energy burnout
@saurmandersauce8048 The Sukuna cycle was getting repetitive. Is he OP? Yeah. Does it make sense for the most part? Yeah. Was it starting to get stale and repetitive? Absolutely. So you could consider it to be "bad writing". I guess it's up to you whether or not you enjoyed her return. Personally, I was happy. Though, I wasn't entirely surprised.
I think most of us know deep down That it was a bad writing move for Gege Rushed and with little to no foreshadowing other than the small chance she’s alive There was no build up to it whatsoever Gege honestly fumbled the return of Nobara and just used her as soon as she was NEEDED in the story She’s more of a tool than a character at this point the way Gege has used her Timing is horrible and the wrap up was terribly rushed
Nobara's return was foreshadowed with Nitta's statements when he stopped the progression of her wounds and literally told us that she's not 100% gone. It was also foreshadowed when Todo returned in the fight against Sukuna in his flashback conversation regarding the (keyword) RESONANCE between Yuji and Sukuna.
@@DigiMeatYT Vaguely implying that a character MIGHT have the possibility of coming back is not foreshadowing and Todo saying Yuji has a resonance with Sukuna as an example of foreshadowing is such a huge stretch to make.
wouldnt everything be MUCH easier if she woke up earlier? imagine if she hit resonance while sukuna was in yutas domain, and then it comboed into a maximum output jacobs ladder, wouldnt that just melt sukuna to the point where maki shits on him?
She literally just woke up from a month and a half of comatose , my guess is that shoko was using RCT on her so she would be strong enough to hit resonance on sukuna while the fight was happening , our bodies become very weak when we are in a deep state of comatose for so long.
@@antoniocarlosoliveira9146 yeah all that is great, im just saying its weird people are mad at the timing "oh how convenient of a time for her to wake up" im saying that if she woke up at any earlier point it gets even easier, like imagine if she woke up during or before gojos battle, shit would go crazy with nobara resonance assist i just edited the comment cuz it wasnt as clear as i thought it was frfr
@@onlygens1502 gojo didnt want anyone assisting him on his battle against sukuna , like kashimo had said , that was gojo's fight , intervening would Hurt his pride , but yeah , nobara helping after gojo's death would be cool , but then again , a climax wouldnt have been build enough of she was there.
Yuji could have won without Nobara at that point since hwb was the only thing really protecting Sukuna from defeat . Nobara was super convenient plot wise but she pretty much just sped up the eventual defeat regardless of how you feel about how her return was written. She was definitely written out of mostod the story since her ct is too good against Sukuna.
personally i think nobara could only hit sukuna after a certain point in the fight cause it probably wouldnt have done much earlier than the point it did
Hi! I'm just really curious. Yuji said he can kill Sukuna straight up. Do you think even without Nobara's resonance and Megumi's realization, Yuji would've finished Sukuna?
There is theoryes that the 9th shikigami of the 10 shadows is a big skeleton its logical because in Megumis incomplete domain(btw no one talks about his domain and this thing with the skeleton torso) have like a skeleton torso and maybe his 9th shikigami is a big skeleton 💀 2:372:39
Actually the 9th shikigami of megumi's technique is called tiger funeral , and while we havent seen this shikigami or what it does , sukuna used it when he fused it with other shikigamis like agito.

Thoughts guys if you agree with Gojo's arc and how his arc reaching a climax helped the other well written characters reach theirs's (minus a few characters b/c frankly Maki got shafted in the final fight but at least had her arc done well before the culling games and during)
Did the “Kashimo stronger than Sukuna and Gojo?” vid get deleted?
Im genuinely surprised how many people think Yuta performed better than Gojo. Like did we read the same story? Gojo was working Sukuna up and down the city before he got hit with the WES while Yuta was awkwardly swinging with his body. Like Yuta did well but we know Gojo was the strongest because he was Gojo.
People like to portray that fight like it was one sided in Gojo's favor. Either way Gojo did way better than Yuta.
Pretty much.😊
It's mind boggling that someone could have that take, and unfortunately takes like that unfortunately strengthens the whole " jjk fans can't read" narrative.
Most of these fans read for TikTok I'm convinced
Nah JJK readers are crazy, Gojo was defeating Sukuna until we have to follow the plot. Yuta is goated, but he fight a half power Sukuna, without 10 shadows and Yuta was luck to be alive (but of course he helped too, before piloting Gojo body and after)
The simple answer is that she just woke up half an hour before using resonance, so the timing was "random" for them. The only conclusion i got from all this is that Nobara had to be taken out the story because her CT is too OP.
I imagine they were trying to wake her up long before that
I feel like Nobara being out of the story thoughout the culling games makes total sense bc what was she going to accomplish during them? Her being gone also strengthened the dynamics between Yuji and Megumi.
@@DigiMeatYT agreed, but it's sad. She had potential to be the best female character in a shonnen to date

I would like to add a thought to your explanation about Nobara's timing:
When we observe Yuji, Megumi and Nobara, we'll find three archetypes of learning paths:
Yuji faces all facets of life, learns step by step and has a growing performance curve.
But we needed also someone who attacks him from long distance - who could get the job done? ;)
Gojo surely is very proud of these kids :) And also of himself for teaching them how to cooperate in baseball.

@@6785yybeing in a coma and sleeping isnt exactly the same thing but si, she did wake up half an hour before
They were probably trying to wake her up before that. It's unlikely she just naturally woke up
I actually think the resonance technique hitting may have stopped sukuna's domain from expanding. I think this because:
1. When sorcerers domain clash, the presence of two or more techniques nullifies the techniques imbued in the barriers.
2. When activating domain amplification, incoming techniques get neutralized by the enhanced innate domain (which may in some way hold the user's technnique)

Echo thank you so much for the support! I talk about this here: th-cam.com/video/n5aq0PhAHCA/w-d-xo.html
given the story's heavy themes about karma in jujutsu, and the overall sense that a lot of the story is about young Japanese people's struggles to move forward in life in a society that still hangs on to a lot of weird, destructive old traditions (to be clear, every society has their own version of this problem, i'm not singling out Japan here), i tend to think the timing on Nobara's return is less about plot convenience or coincidence and more about elements of jujutsu society's outcasts, sacrifices, and tragic exploitative deaths boomeranging back as the world itself moves on and begins to leave behind old ideas.
that said, as much as i usually prefer stories to be subtle about this kind of thing, i'll fully admit that this one could stand to have a bit of further explanation, so if my ideas about it don't feel like they're enough for somebody else, that's definitely still fair and i get it.
Thinking about it, Nobara is THE archetypical Jujutsu sorcerer, and a crazy powerful tool to have in the shed. We should have seen a lot more from her.
Putting the “perfect timing” over her eyes is genius. Fair play!
That would explain megumi’s refusal to speak about it when Yuji asked him
that wouldve made the OPP reference she made funnier too
@@jd50053 still, the "I get it" from Yuji in that scene is so dumb for me. Like imagine that interaction in real life without the dramatic shots on their eyes from the manga
If she was up earlier the fight would have ended earlier
Big agree
that's exactly what we need but it doesnt have to be chapters, in 9 pages they can cover that pretty well
Since we primarily view the story following Yujis perspective.
Correct
It comes across as gege not having a way to keep abilities from completely ruining his plot and needing to come up with hand wavey solutions to make it work out
And shes far from the only example.

There's some foreshadowing
@@Kadam_01 Definitely. I just think there could be more "prep time" for the reader in 2-3 chapters before actual return of Nobara. It would make her appearance less sudden and swift. But it's just my opinion

However there are 2 things to consider.
It could have felt a bit more rewarding,
On another note, I'm not sure why but it didnt made such an impact on me when I saw her.
U kn what would have been insane
Sukuna after Yuji domain sure hit effect... returning to his last finger after he gets separated like we saw in the panel....
And then Yuji consuming that last one finger which had all sukuna remains combined...thus sukuna getting sealed by Yuji coming full picture...
Then later after some couple slice of life good chapter
Yuji dying in the final chapter surrounding by the people he cares full circle
Everything coming to the end ....
This would hv really worked as this was the original plan ...n grandpa wish coming true to the end ...
This type of ending would hv been amazing in my mind
The thing about convenience is that this fight is filled with critical moments, Nobara could've showed up in a 100 different places and it'd been just as “convenient" because there were just so many points in the fight where Sukuna was almost defeated, anytime during Gojo VS Sukuna, when Higuruma got the Executioner's Blade , Yuta's domain, Maki's ambush, Yuji's Dismantle, Nobara showing up here wasn't anymore convenient for the heros as it was for Sukuna thst she didn't show up before so I don't think it's badly written in any way
3:40 pretty much
Nobora coming back at the exact moment when she did was luck.
There's a difference between the luck that makes a story and the luck that feels like it just disrupts it
@@gammaf1365 It felt like catharsis to me, a positive disruption
Do u think we will be able to see nobara's and yuji domain expansion case we never saw her domain expansion and it would be nice to know what more can yuji's domain can do
My only issue is why didn't yuta use resonance the finger during the gojo v sukuna fight since I'd think that yuta could do much more damage with it causing gojo to win at any point (probably most effective during the domain clash)
What i hate about nobaras reintroduction it took away from Yuji's hype of him saying he could take out Sukuna
No it didn't lmao
@@Kotasakewell , it did. Because everyone were hating jjk after that.
@@Kotasakeyea did because yuji clearly stated that he had the power to kill Sukuna and gege went a brought back a character that hasn't been relevant for 200 chapters because Gege is shit at writing female characters like most male mangaka
@@Blackvoidwithwhiteside7193 everyone? Or just the people who cry on social media (the loud minority)😂 keep crying kiddo
@@undeade.t7044 incorrect. He's shit because you don't agree with him. Not because of writing baby bro. Jjk fans the new DB fans frfr lmaooooo
to me 236 if Gojo permanently die is already a happy ending for him. When Shoko (his final friend) had given up on him during Yuta's flashback there is no more reason to go back in the living world.
Now why'd you do that 4:48 looooool skrr skrr
The thing with Nobara is storytelling and timing in writing. If someone wanted to talk about how she showed up 5 chapters to the end, that’d be one thing, but just randomly dropping her would also be called bad writing at that point
The ultimate proof to me that Gojo is the strongest because he’s Gojo and not the other way around is the fact that Sukuna had to come up with a one of one solution to defeat him. Sukuna gave up the ability to use his most powerful technique with no restrictions specifically to beat Gojo in this one time battle, assuming that he would never have to face another opponent like Gojo.
my theory about what happened with uraume is that we know that uraume's able to preserve cursed spirit flesh after its death, which is why they're sukunas chef. so theoretically, maybe they were keeping themselves going despite all of hakaris hits by doing the same preservation on themselves. so when sukuna died, rather than unaliving themselves, uraume moreso "let go"
Let it go , let it go , cant hold it back anymore 😂.
I would've been perfectly fine with Nobara coming back at that moment. Just hearing she had woken up was what made it seem lackluster.
Makes no sense
@@Kotasakehearing that she woke up 30 minutes before the scene ruined it for them. Theyd be fine if she was actually foreshadowed or shown some time far before this moment. Or was awake for a while but hidden like todo and his ct.
Could Sukuna's heal on Megumi been the cleave's reverse curse technique of mending things together?
Did people being insufferable get the Kashimo vid taken down?
No, he just realized that featuring a single Discord member's tier list and shitting on it for not making sense doesn't make for a particularly good or appropriate video topic
@TerrenceSullivan1335 I didn't get to see the video but was gonna watch it later when I could, then noticed it was gone. It's hard to picture him shitting on it though
Dude ui ui and the parry lord were literally saved by Miguel at a perfect moment. And something like that happens a lot in other series.
And it's still bs, but Miguel was at least known to be alive and operational at the time
That case was technically out of nowhere as well but we know yuta was in africa for some time and also had contact with gojo throughout it. Its not as ambiguous as the nobara situation was.
A spinoff where Gojo forced himself to be Sukuna's best friend in the afterlife.
What if the one screaming at yuta is inumaki? That would leave an impact specially considering the fact that he can’t talk normally without possibly harming himself or others
Just realized, what are you gonna post when JJK ends?
The Fantastic Tales of The Countryside Kugisaki Clan - I would read it for real
The person who said son of a b is todo. Because he always wanted to fight Yuta again and now he can’t
Can anyone explain that ribcage in megumi’s domain and would it have evolved while sukuna took over?
What if the reason sukuna being a blob is actually binding vow of cursed object
Couldn't Nobara's attack be timed by the "crows/tv watching the fight"?
Good point.
Nobara was hinted back when Shoko, (Manager Man forgot his name), and Gojo were talking…
There was still one more 😊
That’s your foreshadowing.
@@Un_Named05 Gojo is strongest lmao Stay mad
I think when someone calls a “person son of a bitch” it’s usually an insult to the person, not the mom. I get the meaning but i dunno
Where do you get your rings my man? They look fire. Keep up the good work! Always here for that daily manganimist dose! 🤙🏻
I feel like the best cursed corpse trio would be Gojo (Ego), Higuruma (superego), and Takeba (Id)
I still love jjk. But it does fundamentally break the final arc.
Fundamental how? Lmao
@@Kotasake because if team good has access to resonance the entire Shinjuku showdown/sukuna cycle never should happen.
@@ryanshaw8375 the story would be over and done with. It's almost like this is how writing a fucking comics works or sum. You cannot be this stupid
@@ryanshaw8375 They didn't though? She did Resonance as soon as she could, its not like she was able to do it the instant she woke up.
@@DigiMeatYT you have Yuta who could at any point have eaten a rib or finger so they did indeed have access to it.
What if their was someone who actually pushed Sukuna to the limit in the heian era but wasn't in the jutsu records cause the person (male/female) doesn't have curse energy what's so ever and they were only just a regular person going one on one with the birth of the King of Curses?
i interpreted that uraumes head was frozen in place with their technique tho
Urame’s neck looked like it was cut but frozen so she wouldn’t die. I’m assuming hakari somehow basically decapitated her.
Luck is such a huge theme in jjk.
I don't think we have a good idea of how much time passed in yujis domain. They walked around for seemingly hours.
Nobara's comeback was pure plot , if she didn't intervened sukuna would have opened his domain and Yuji would be dead as hewould have facede CT burnout plus cursed energy burnout
Almost like the whole point of the manga is that having friends is better than living a solitary existence focused on strength
Yeah, it definitely wasn't foreshadowed AND predicted months ago either. It was all a illusion.
Um buddy. Jjk is a story. It's all pure fucking plot lmaooo
Genuine question, can anything be considered bad writing for Gege? Her return isn’t compelling it’s rushed
If you think about it people with similar sounding names died: gojo jogo, hanami Namami
Dejavu
Gojo wanted to fight Sukuna 1v1
.
Thats all you have to read into it.
Gojo asked the others to try to save megumi on his own
6:55 let's be honest if yuta had 20 years to train with gojos abilities he would easily be as strong if not stronger than gojo
I think most of us know deep down
That it was a bad writing move for Gege
Rushed and with little to no foreshadowing other than the small chance she’s alive
There was no build up to it whatsoever
Gege honestly fumbled the return of Nobara and just used her as soon as she was NEEDED in the story
She’s more of a tool than a character at this point the way Gege has used her
Timing is horrible and the wrap up was terribly rushed
Nobara's return was foreshadowed with Nitta's statements when he stopped the progression of her wounds and literally told us that she's not 100% gone. It was also foreshadowed when Todo returned in the fight against Sukuna in his flashback conversation regarding the (keyword) RESONANCE between Yuji and Sukuna.
@@DigiMeatYT None of that is foreshadowing.
@@Generalmituna8079 It literally is but ok
@@DigiMeatYT Vaguely implying that a character MIGHT have the possibility of coming back is not foreshadowing and Todo saying Yuji has a resonance with Sukuna as an example of foreshadowing is such a huge stretch to make.
@@Generalmituna8079 What was the point of that dialogue then? How is it a stretch when it's literally a cornerstone of her technique.
wouldnt everything be MUCH easier if she woke up earlier? imagine if she hit resonance while sukuna was in yutas domain, and then it comboed into a maximum output jacobs ladder, wouldnt that just melt sukuna to the point where maki shits on him?
She literally just woke up from a month and a half of comatose , my guess is that shoko was using RCT on her so she would be strong enough to hit resonance on sukuna while the fight was happening , our bodies become very weak when we are in a deep state of comatose for so long.
@@antoniocarlosoliveira9146 yeah all that is great, im just saying its weird people are mad at the timing
"oh how convenient of a time for her to wake up" im saying that if she woke up at any earlier point it gets even easier, like imagine if she woke up during or before gojos battle, shit would go crazy with nobara resonance assist
i just edited the comment cuz it wasnt as clear as i thought it was frfr
@@onlygens1502 gojo didnt want anyone assisting him on his battle against sukuna , like kashimo had said , that was gojo's fight , intervening would Hurt his pride , but yeah , nobara helping after gojo's death would be cool , but then again , a climax wouldnt have been build enough of she was there.
My question is..
If nobara didnt wake up at the time...what happens then?
sukuna kaisen wins and we get to see the merger. so imo we got the bad ending lmaooo
Yuji dies, story ends
Yuji could have won without Nobara at that point since hwb was the only thing really protecting Sukuna from defeat . Nobara was super convenient plot wise but she pretty much just sped up the eventual defeat regardless of how you feel about how her return was written. She was definitely written out of mostod the story since her ct is too good against Sukuna.
If Shonen jump didn’t make Mangaka pick the date for their ending then Gege could’ve make 3-4 more chapters
personally i think nobara could only hit sukuna after a certain point in the fight cause it probably wouldnt have done much earlier than the point it did
Hi! I'm just really curious. Yuji said he can kill Sukuna straight up. Do you think even without Nobara's resonance and Megumi's realization, Yuji would've finished Sukuna?
There is theoryes that the 9th shikigami of the 10 shadows is a big skeleton its logical because in Megumis incomplete domain(btw no one talks about his domain and this thing with the skeleton torso) have like a skeleton torso and maybe his 9th shikigami is a big skeleton 💀 2:37 2:39
Actually the 9th shikigami of megumi's technique is called tiger funeral , and while we havent seen this shikigami or what it does , sukuna used it when he fused it with other shikigamis like agito.

“What Toji came back after he lost only a hand? Bad writing.”
