For me I used layers of the Skin 1004 centella ampoule, followed by the centella cream and then caked on the LRP cica plast. This repaired my barrier after 2-3 weeks every night

Can you make a video for dealing with a damaged skin barrier all over the body? Eczema ruins your skin an it's very difficult to deal with the aftermath alone, as I am. Eczema is unpleasant to deal with period (dealing with active eczema and the aftermath).
@@21972012145525 I use the Avène Xera Calm Lipid Replenishing Balm and a natural ingredient skin cream called "Dry Patch" by a brand called Di Erbe. Please note that eczema is multifactorial, so skin products alone don't necessarily calm eczema when it's out of control. For me, going to a plantbased diet - long before it became trendy - is what ultimately got my body and skin to calm down. Then, I found the proper skin products that work for me (after a ridiculously long and expensive journey through various skin products that didn't help). Also know that I do not smoke ANYTHING, I don't drink alcohol or pop, I rarely eat fast food, I don't eat junk food often and I keep my processed sugar intake to a minimum. Why? Because all of those factors cause inflammation in your body and you can't be trying to fight an inflammatory skin condition like eczema and then add insult to injury by engaging in poor lifestyle choices. It just doesn't work with with eczema. So, in conclusion: You need to be making the right lifestyle choices in conjunction with having the right skin creams. I do not use any topical steroids and would advise that ppl think 9 times before using topical steroids for severe eczema. Topical steroids cause more harm than good. I know from experience. So i did a scrub a couple of days ago on my face and now, not that I have a lot of redness or visible damage, it’s just that I can’t smile or move my face a lot. I’m using the La Roche Posay cicaplast gel b5 , would it help and i am finishing up with the cerave mousturising face cream with ceramides and niacinamide. I am avoiding washing my face all together with any cleansers, just cold water. Great video 🎉

yes. I agree. I have used Derma Co spf 50 the hylauronic gel. However, I am not sure about its efficacy. The texture is very good.
