Actually it seems to be implied in Pikmin 4 that Glow Pikmin are ghosts of/undead versions of pikmin and they don't actually die when they get eaten and what not Thats why you can do a no death run, yet still lose pikmin in the night modes since it doesn't count towards your death total

i love this animation it's well put together, and make you really feel like you see what the pikmin sees, but i do have one thing id like to add, when the transformed blue gets turned into a white i wish when the snagret ate the white it killed it because of white's poisons.
Since the last video I have completed my no loss Pikmin 4 run and I'm never playing the game normally again. Now that I know I can do it, the immense guilt I feel losing a single little guy is unbearable.
This is just so good! The ideas of what happens in the pop buds but also after a Pikmin dies are so creepy and cool. My favorite scene was when the day ended and the lumiknolls started to light up and you could here the night melody in the background. Just amazing!

it was such a missed opportunity that puffmin didnt return in pikmin 4, I was pretty pissed when I saw that the pikmin just started doing the groovy long legs thing in-game. I think the reason is that they didn't want to make puffmin models for all the new pikmin types, but it's still lame that they didn't even really try.

I'm just gonna lay on the floor and cry for a while. The animation is so stellar, and even if Pikmin death is normal in the games, seeing it depicted so meaningfully gets me in the feels. How you depict their time in limbo is frightening but cool. Thank you for another incredible animation!
