Why not Hydro Pump instead of Ice Beam on Azumarill for the steel types?
Probably because of flygon. Without ice beam it loses the 2s to flygon

Running into Ferro, Azum and Registeel, with team one. Switched to team two and ended the set 2-3. Back to team 1 and went 5-0. Thanks for all you do to help us.

Once I get myself a registeel I'll be set. Such a solid pokemon if you can manage alignment pretty well. Even if you get bad alignment it will still grab you a shield. Monster.

Slurpuff catches Azu out with EB, and a whole heap of steel types with FT.
I ran FW Slurpuff with EB and FT, with FF Shadow Mawile with PuP and IH, along with Azu running HP and PR. Had some great results today, hitting 19-6

@@chrismason3351He ran Fairy Wind Surpuff with Energy Ball and Flamethrower, with Fire Fang Shadow Mawile with Power Up Punch and Iron Head, along with Azumaril running Hydro Pump and Play Rough. He had great results that day, hitting 19 wins versus 6 loses.

Man how sad, I can use the first team that seems quite good, I got a top 14 azumarill, but I dont have stardust to upgrade it, in the other side I can use the whimsicott one but I dont have registeel either :')
Does alolan sandslash could work instead or registeel, or can whimsicott,clefable or slurpuff work instead of azu
u can just make charge move ice beam because hydro and play rough take a while to charge up too
@@rodrigoporras4190 probably alolan sandslash is your best bey if they magically have a fire move starter you wont be in do much trouble with that
I'm glad I finally have Icy Wind on my GL Wigglytuff, but I don't have Azumarill or Carbink for example built because I spend a bit of my dust on my Rank 1 GL Shadow Excadrill that I cannot use because it still has Frustration 😥
Nonetheless, I'm looking forward to the Fantasy Cup 💪
Why spend dust on pokemon you can't use yet? It's like paying for gas when you don't have a car.
Then why build it in the first place tho if you still have frustration on it😅
Instead of building azu or carbink which were pretty strong in open GL and most GL theme cups that are available, building a mon just for a theme cup team doesn’t sound like a good investment as the mon itself is quite similar to g-Fisk but more attack-heavy and glassier, although the play style in different but it’s still a substitution
