I was in London 2 months ago for 2 weeks. Never had a stomach ache, never felt bloated or sluggish after a meal, no matter what i ate. Was the first time i drunk soda in years, cause soda over there is really soda, and im taking all the same brands we have, but actual Soda, actual fruit juice and sparkling water😮. The cookies and candies weren't full off chemicals. Chicken wings weren't humongous, eating a burger didnt put you down. And like Giggs said, you dont overeat, cause thier food isnt full off chemicals. That trip really opened my eyes on how our government just allows these companies to poison us.
Seeing how the ketchup overseas doesn't have sugar in it was crazy the first time I went overseas.
