Here’s how you do this: 1. Evade the Janitors, they aren’t worth it in the end nothing but a waste of knockouts 2. Disable the dome cam in the concrete hallway, Interference required 3. Take out the camera operations room, regardless of Security Protocol or not 4. Completely ditch the tech, grab a Silent Drill before the mission with Precise Drilling 5. Go after the agents, make sure they are either in the halway to the right of The SCRS or behind the crate near the helipad, make them look at you too 6. Get the hell out of The SCRS Worried about agents finding a hack? I go to the terminal that requires you to go outside for a bit, that’s the first. The second is the single door and the last one is by the small set of computers, near the security station. Sorry if this guide doesn’t make sense, I’m tired, I beat this challenge alone then helped a guy which didn’t help my stress levels, now I need sleep

They can actually open those doors. I know this because some hostaged control room guards accidentally walked near a door and kept it open. The only doors that stop hostages are keycard doors since Cish broke pathfinding with a early keycard door rework. The only reason why they dont escape is because their pathfinding is garbage in those rooms for no reason
@@roslidarose9666 Just make sure that their AI doesn’t make them move towards the wall conveniently next to the door, which lets them open it (but they’re stuck in a corner). and now everyone from outside can spot the hostages

Yeah, about the hostage time stuff, the janitors get out REAL QUICK. I've done a few SCRS speedruns, hostaged the janitors, looked away for a few seconds, looked back and they were long gone.
I remember as i played EP on scrs i've got 1 raven from safe and one raven from agent and i got dual wield raven (i dont have gamepass) so i liked to walked with it (it was disquised, not armed) so when i done with USB i was going to leave place and AFTER OPENING DOOR I accidentally pressed F and closest employee hostaged and i had time to move him to the server room but i was so shocked and closest guard started moving and spotted after i shoot him with unsupressed raven and raised alarm
This challenge wasnt too difficult to me, im an SCRS Expert and got lucky with getting the first agent having the USB way before i was supposted to get it. Hemlock went into one of the server rooms. I also never took out the technician and control (cameras) rooms
actually hostages take much more longer when they are laying down it doesnt matter if the npc is a guard or civillian once they are laid down they dont escape at all but if you go in a certain distance the hostages will run to the nearest guard or npc and alert them
I just skipped taking out janitors, disabled the dome camera near the detector, got a security disguise, took out the control room, took out the tech in that one cool spot that only agents and techs go in, hacked the first 2 access points no problem, when I needed to get the USB I bypassed the keycard scanner to agent's office and took the USB from the safe. It took me like 4 tries to do.
@@jaymey1361 that corridor on one of the borders of the map, it connects to one potential tech/control room and an empty room that agents sometimes stop by. One end leads to the outdoors section and the other leads straight to an access point.
Tips for this challenge: If you want get USB without need take out two agents, go to office room that has three paintings but make sure check your back because you need to lock picking it, so it doesn't count two takedown limits, but whatever it's up to you depending how lucky. Also this challenge make me lost one brain cell
hi cool trick man here, on operative you can rush by the counter if you have more than 10 out of sight perks. its risky but if you big brain you can get past lobby area without taking out janitor. to get security disguise just go to left side and disable the cam to get disguise. im very sure you cant pull this on legend, not sure if possible on elite, i might attempt if hidden detection bar modifier is on scrs again for elite. you can get a keycard from the tech room. last there is a bug with the npcs in the control room where they cant escape because their pathfinding is broken so you can actually leave them there.

There is 1 way that is kinda risky speed running the challenge knock out 1 security, after taking out all janitors then take out 1 or 2 agent if you pick 1 you can knock out tech but you need abit of rng in that. But if your fast enough you can finsish without a alarm going off. This works in operative difficulty possibly 1 difficulty higher.
You could have taken out the tech room the control room and one security that’s six and bring a scrambler and hack keycard reader in the other analyst place and remove a painting open the safe and there is a usb there all the time (I am not sure about higher difficulty’s)
U need to vént in black dusk stealth being suspicious while disabling wires in withdrawal and some people are able to make among us caracter what a coincidence....
Bit late but what if you took one security at the begin than control room the tec guy with key card and one agent for the usb if not usb than use there keycard for the safe

White is right, I've tested how long the Janitors take to escape while hostaged, It's about 7-14 seconds depending on difficulty I believe.

actually hostages take much more longer when they are laying down it doesnt matter if the npc is a guard or civillian once they are laid down they dont escape at all but if you go in a certain distance the hostages will run to the nearest guard or npc and alert them
