What goes in my bins and boxes?

We know about all this as we have the bin ovation app, but we are still overloaded with plastic food bags, and other plastic such as bags that don't stretch, which have to go in the black bin. I feed birds in the garden. For some time they had mostly disappeared here because of building works in the area. Now we have a lot coming back, but the seed bags can not be recycled????? I was also collecting items for a College that got a big grant to look into the problem! Because of the virus, this seems to have stopped. We had to pay money we could not afford for a skip, after spending months collecting plastic for them! I wasted a lot of time cleaning and drying pet food pouches and collecting other plastic, as well as buying cardboard boxes , to put the stuff in!
