Tip to anyone who may have not know this yet. If your customer asks "Can I see some Examples of what you have made?" Make sure you have examples or a source that leads to your portfolio before you start any commissions.

All my friends and I mean ALL my friends who are artists started drawing when they were teenagers. I feel like the odd one out since I started drawing at the exact same time as you, when I was 4. And I also started taking art seriously when I was about 9-10. My dad himself is an artist and was the main reason I started drawing, and then I got into anime when I was 6-7 and MLP (and MLP speedpaints and creepypasta) when I was 8. So I have been drawing practically my entire life. I've also never really "drawn anime", but anime has been a huge inspiration my entire life
Edit: OH MY GOD YOU'RE THE SAME AGE AS ME. I had to check because I ALSO started drawing creepypasta and fnaf animatronics when I was younger. So I was like "??? Are they?? The same age as me?? Because me too- I also experienced those things"
OMGG I have the same experience and I was shocked I thought it was semi-normal to start drawing young ToT!! I went through the same pipeline so makes sense we are the same age haha

Bro I loved when you talked about how the art community has changed - nowadays everyone is just mad 24/7 in general but I think it’s REALLY prominent in the art community, and this is one of the biggest drawbacks for me since I just recently got into art more again. Like people are just so upset and we’re so used to anger that it’s like a habit for most people to just be rude. I mean just look at the titles of most art “advice” videos- “NEVER do this and that, this and that is BAD” like dude chill tf- other people exist and it’s really mostly about the fun. Art is a medium that helps us create things we like, feel good etc. I feel like that meaning got so lost especially with the rise of certain social media platforms *cough*
There’s no right or wrong way to do something. If you want advice that fine, if you don’t that’s also totally cool. People are so mad we need to chill

Can someone help me i was making a carrd then randomly the IU flipped to the opposite side of the screen! I dont know what i did and hhow to fix it buts its rlly bugging me i cant create my carrd with my IU flipped

So for head shot is head only but i noticed what u prob mean is BUST the half body is more of a THIGH up and ur correct for full body i know u didnt ask but i wanted to help so badly lmao i made the same exact mistake le cri! I love your style its so soft and sketchy! Hope u get tons of commissions btw
yeah ToT I always said "headshot" just bc it was more known at the time, but bust is def the better term to use so I will in the future

Hellooo I hope you see this, I have a small question! In honeydebt's carrd you're able to click on an art piece and it would allow you to see the entire image. It seems like it should be pretty simple, but I'm struggling to figure out how to do it 😭

Hello! i loved your carrd video and i would like to ask a question regarding it.
see, im a digital artist myself and i want to make a carrd for people to see what im all about as an artist and what i do and offer and i clicked your video to get started on my own.
However, idfk how u managed to like, edit the letters of your name. Like the letters of sourxmonkey, did you use a different program to rearrange them? are they images or something? couldnt quite figure it out. :3
I drew the logo myself in clip studio! I recommend doing that and having it set as an image --> header on the carrd site since (imo) the fonts are very limited

sorry I just saw this comment!! but my biggest advice is using other's cards as inspo! That is what I did for 99% of it and even some more in depth tutorial videos ^^
