The only reason why I liked "Will Cheese Fail" is that we don't know whats going to happen. This would be a case where it was so close we didn't know who would win until the last second. It adds more suspense because in this case we knew that momo would lose

That's probably the reason for the hatchery in the middle of the map there. Just to not reveal his position. That would've been a guaranteed game winning play if MoMo didn't get a lucky scout there. However, I do agree that the safest play would've been to just build it by his crawler.

Yeah, you are talking about the one where the Terran player rushed the Protoss with his SCV's and brought over his CC for SCV loading and gathering minerals for repairs in the event of a micro battle at the end of the initial rush. He succeeded at destroying the workers on the line and the Protoss wasted minerals on a Forge. The Protoss player however, called back his scouting SCV and it came down to the Probe or SCV getting off the first attack right at the end, right?
Stopping a sixpool is pretty easy as long as you know it's happening though. It's not cheap or unfair. It'd be a whole different story if he did a sixpool all in though. He probably would've won, since he wouldn't have lost his drones back there in his base.
You cant tell the spine not to attack while rooted, so alternative1: leave it rooted, it will kill the hatchery if the otherguy isent stupid enought to attack before that (if you look at the way he rallyies the building lings he makes it clear that he wasent gonna attack like that) alternativ2: he uprotes it, then the otherguy can just come in en demolish him. But i do agree that this way he atleast had a chance if the other guy is stupid. And in this videos thats often the case :)
my speakers are logitech 5.1 and LAG TV videos are the only ones i have problem with when i switch to other ppl vids the whole neighborhood can hear my shit
It wouldn't have been that close if blue had taken his drones to his spine crawler in the now empty enemy base, cancel that hatch he was building to get enough minerals to build his hatch right next to his spine crawler. There would have been NOTHING red could have done if he just gathered minerals from there on out.

This is my account, "MoMo". However, I doubt it was me playing. First I rarely go for 6 pool, second, I don't talk that much during game. I was eating when they announced the players and I heard "momo" and almost split out my food. Must've been my friend playing my account. LOL

I don't see why they try to build suspense in this series. In Will Cheese Fail it may work, but the fact that it's on this means the outcome is known the moment the cheeser is decided :/

terran has quazi accpetable mules and never has to search for a base. Ever. They can just scan all day long. They can also fly. Zerg can mass roach or ling muta 2 very strong easy builds.
Just before that hatchery died he should have uprooted ran away and used the 2 lings to kill it the n run away. After broodlings are dead run back in and root for the spawning kill.

Not true. He had 2 lings and a spine. Get those to stop attacking the hatchery and attack the opponent's lings if he came after him. Once he lost his lings, he could uproot and move his spine and 2 lings (if any of them lived) out of the way. Probably wouldn't have worked, but it's still a better way than what he did lmao.

Multiple people can have the same account name, even on the same server; it's your character code that uniquely identifies your account.
The suspense is in HOW it fails, not wheter or not it actually fails.

A good point on the inability to stop attacking. It looks like the Spawning Pool was in range, so he could have attacked that instead of stopping. :P
