    If the red Audi driver is indeed an officer, he has lied. Any evidence he ever provides in any future court cases should be thrown out as it can be proven shown to be of poor character and untrustworthy.

    The arrogance and corruption within the police is huge. Thank you for exposing that again. To the corrupt police it is more important to harass an innocent person acting within the law, who was already attacked by a lying PC than to take a complaint about their lying attacking collegae. Threatening with sect 43. Sigh. Obviously they need to be retrained and get rid of that arrogance. Do file a complaint abt them. That is the only thing that will have some impact on the imbeciles.

    The signs on the gates clearly state that the entrance is for "operational vehicles only" so the red Audi is presumably an operational police vehicle. Members of the public don't normally drive operational police vehicles.

    • @ianbishop247
      @ianbishop247 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      It appears the Red Audi is taxed and MoT'd. Operational Police vehicles are maintained by the Police themselves and I believe are exempt from a MoT Test. So I suggest there is a good chance that is a personal vehicle and if the policy behind the operational vehicles only sign is in force then the car should not have been in there....perhaps the reason behind the attempt to take the camera

    What gets to me the most here is that they were covering for the thug that assaulted you. When they ask why are you recording you should have said "In case I was assaulted, then I would have evidence, which I do have, and I'm continuing to record to show the complaints authority should you not take my claim of assault seriously."
    Of course, the UK police don't care about complaints since they don't answer to the people, come to NZ we don't have a police force, we have a police service. They serve not force.

    That guy who lied about not being an Officer. He needs to be off the Force. Can you imagine how many lies he will tell to fit someone up?
    Anyone who is up in Court where he is the witness, needs to get their solicitor to show that he is a liar and his evidence then becomes inadmissible.
    He is a liability now for the Police. But we know he will get away with it. He is one of our protected "friends" above the law.

      The sad part is the judge will not do anything as it’s all ready established that in a court of law that the police can lie to a member of the public in the street or in the police station to gather evidence and judges also allow police to commit perjury on the stand and even if you tell the judge that you have proof that the officer has lied and committed perjury the judge will not care. As this happened to me in court.

      Technically he didn't lie. An officer only has to identify themselves when they seek to use their powers. What it mean though, is because he said he wasn't and officer, the assault and battery he committed can't be fobbed of as him working in his police capacity. Therefore he is liable for charges and liable for a personal lawsuit

The first card says “ IN THIS DAY AND AGE “ the second one “ THE CURRENT THREAT LEVEL “ the third one. “ HOSTILE RECONNOISSANCE “ . Just wait for the right moment for these bullshit reactions to come out and hold the appropriate card up to them and the camera. Actions speak louder than words ……….

    When you see police behaving like this it really does make for uneasy trust in regards to the very very thin police blue line that we have in this video , that first officer that said he was'nt an officer and assaulted you and man handled you and tried to knock to the pavement and damage your phone should be reprimanded for his lies and stupid actions , the others as always try to wriggle him out of the ''crime '' situation thus trying to save his bacon , the very very VERY Thin Blue Line has proved here that its getting thinner week by week , show this video to their bosses and fellow officers to make an example of them all, and how not to treat law abiding citizens .

    Great that you're raising the (5 surely?) complaints, but what about filing the assault charge? That was bang out of order by the unidentified cop. I note how the others buried your accusation in a blur of obfuscating tosh. (Can't say it was deliberate, tbh, as none appeared to have the intelligence to understand what they did. Perhaps they just fell back on their 'training'). Deffo report the assault. If nothing eventually comes of it, at least he'll get the fright of his life during the proceedings. He might also learn the law & the need for restraint.
    Wonder why he didn't want his photo taken?

      Actually section 43 does have a specific section about photos & filming which states that photography/filming alone CANNOT be used as suspicion.
      It was the IOPC that issued the memo to every police station(& therfore every police officer) that filming police stations is allowed and to leave filmers alone. Therefore no pig in the country has any excuse for unlawfully questioning & harassing filmers.
