I am on my ideal weight only.My Weight 53 kgs height 5.4, I am a female, 43 years old. No diseases. I want to be fit and improve more stamina, so should I do liquid fast.? I have done VRK diet few months ago for 3 weeks. I reduced 3 kgs because I am already in Ideal weight. Now I am on post diet, so while doing post diet could I do liquid fast one day in a week? And should I do the VRK diet for 3 months to get more energy, as I want to go mountain tracking, I went last week I could not reach my goal and others who are older than me going faster and better than me. My heart beats very fast and I have to go very slowly taking rests In-between. I understand that I don't have practice and not doing exercises. Is diet only good enough to build stamina ? Can you through some light on it ? Thank you so much
