With regards to the early "christian" documents you shared, you quote verses from different sources out of context to give these false ideas of early christian groups. Ask yourself theologically, why does mainstream Christianity believe in the resurrection - because they also believe Jesus came to die for our sins. Do the same now with the gnostics (the group you quoted scripture from) why do they believe in no death of Jesus? Its because they portray Jesus as a FULLY spiritual being instead of a human 😂 this is the last group muslims would want to quote from for their beliefs.
