The team who would finish above the other in the league after this game would stay in National 2 - the other would be relegated along with Cartha QP, Boroughmuir, Dumfries and Hamilton to Division 3 next season, so plenty at stake.
n.b. The team sheet for Berwick was wrong. It has come to light that Patterson was wearing 22 so didn't get the yellow card - Gareth Clark was in fact the player yellow carded. We rely on teams giving us the correct information to prevent things like this happening!
