Even though Denzel Washington's performance in "Training Day" was good I was upset they gave Denzel an Oscar for that particular role considering all the other roles he ever play and the academy only seemed to notice him playing a bad guy rogue cop selling drugs. Yeah Denzel is a hell of an actor but giving him an Oscar in my opinion was like a slap in his face. I still think he should've gotten an Oscar for his role in "Malcolm X"
