Susquehanna River Bassmaster Kayak Series Tourney 2024: Day 1

Welcome back! A few weekends we did the Bassmaster Kayak Series event on the Susquehanna. 224 anglers hit the water looking for big smallmouth! I had a decent practice followed with a decent day 1 and 2 in the tourney but rising waters were the talk of the town. Fish began finding newer holes and places to hide in and for me, the bite got tough. Awesome day 1 tournament practice is the building block of every angler to create a tactical pattern for success it’s amazing with so many anglers you had a bite you made some good catches and yet it placed you in 60 place! I’m looking forward to another day of successful and a larger bag of fish brother stay focus keep pushing you are playing on a field of some amazing anglers Let’s go sir bring it home!
