I need help. Here is my story.
Am I the asshole for refusing to give a reason to my ex friend why I’m done being friends with her.
Let’s call her Bella. Bella ha always been… off. She says stuff that no one wants to hear. (Eg when me and my friend are close together she says ‘that’s mighty sus’
She says stuff that embarrasses me. Now, it started when our friend group had a sleepover, and everyone knows, what happens at a sleepover, stays at a sleepover.
Bella told someone something very embarrassing about what I did. To a gossipy girl.
That was my breaking point. Everything Eros me about her, she now asked me today ‘I k ow you’re mad, what did I do?’ 🥺🥺
If I tell Bella what she did, it will hurt her. If I do give the reason, she will cry to her mother, which in turn will tell my mother.
I don’t want to be her friend, she should respect that. But.. am I the asshole for not telling her the reason?
