Test Of Poclain Excavator Operator | Heavy Equipment Operator Test | Poclain Machine Operator Test

In this video post, a candidate is demonstrating his experience and operating skills with the controls of a Poclain machine. The test is necessary to identify the level of knowledge and expertise gained by the candidate during his training for the profile of poclain operator under the Poclain training program of H.R. Technical Trade centre.
The test session required to be carried out in an open ground with examiners closely investigating every move of the Poclain and candidate’s ability to perform the given task of digging and loading in an accurate and timely manner. The passing marks will be based on level of precision, safety measures and time consumed by the candidate during the demonstration of the technical skills to certify him as a professional Poclain operator. This testing session is basically a part of candidate’s training program to identify his progress and weaknesses in performing live construction projects.
