Hi !! The desert with the pools is in the state of Maranhão and the park where it is located is called "Parque Nacional dos Lençóis Maranhenses" (Maranhenses means belonging to Maranhão). This location was used as a setting in the film Avengers: Infinite War and represented the Vormir Planet after computer graphics were used in the recorded images.
Brazil has also the most snake inested place in the world in an island not mentioned in this video called Ilha da Queimada Grande (Island of Great Fire) it's snake population can go up to 30 snakes per 10 esquared meters. Another fact is that we have the Iguaçu falls that totally dwarfs the Niagada falls both in size, height and beauty, the Niaga falls height is 51m and around 700m wide meanwhile Iguaçu Falls height is 195m and is 2.7 km wide that's right it's 2700m wide and almost 4 times taller than the Niagara falls just check it out how beatiful it is.
Just a heads up about the "deforestation" thing, it's a huge misconception saying that it's for provide more agricultural lands. Not only it is STRONGLY illegal to do that, but also it's unpratical because the soil of the rainforest turns to sand if you take the trees away. Also, the forest is one of the main factors for the rain that feed the central region of Brazil where most of the agricultural lands are. The biggest vilains for the deforestation of the amazon rainforest is the illegal woodcuting and mining, wich is mostly financied by international interests. Of course woodcuting and mining is also illegal, but it's way easier to exit the country with this products than with agriculture products, because you need to stay in place for the farming and will get caught one day, but the woodcuting and mining is just get the thing and flee. The area is huge and patrolling constantly everywhere is kind of hard, one of the reasons why most of the forest is still uncharted.

Lightskin wants to be seen as black but there's Pardo people who dont have any black relatives but they have a dark skin so they don't feel they can call themselves black so they say Pardo. I saw this discussion a few times on twitter and with people I know, so I don't know if Brasil will ever settle on that.
i mean, deforestation is terrible. But Brazil actually feeds 1/5 of the planet. And our used land for agriculture is around 7%. So i think the Amazon still pretty much ok for now. And there's been measures to maintain the Amazon as well, so no worries.
