teamme2k I never said that your knives where not sharp, I never said my knife was not sharp I said the edge bevel was didcked up on the knife that I recieved. As much as I do love Benchmade they are a bit notorious for not having the consistency best in qc. Do you understand the word “uneven”? The edge on my knife was uneven that is a fact. Another fact is that uneven edges do not cut as well as even edges. Another fact is that Benchmade does not stone their knives they use some kind of belt system which is always inherently less precise then a stoning system. Another fact is that I own a KME consistent angle knife sharpening system and I reprofiled the edge to be perfectly even from tip to choil before polishing it to a grit of 1500 (which just about qualifies as a mirror polish) I additionally finished the edge with a two stage strop system. So yes my knife was sharper then factor spec because I did the extra work that would be too costly for Benchmade to do at the factory. Cedric and Ada has a tremendous amount of video evidence showing how a KME sharpening system can be employed to improve an edge over factory specs.
I have 6 crooked rivers regular and mini. I belt sharpen my knives and the all six were razor sharp out of the box.
Hahah. You think you did a better job that benchmade knife makers and grinders did? Stop bro. Just stop
