What are you going to do with it ?you first have to tell me what did Jesus Christ do with the sins on the same day ,in 1 Peter 2:24 .how did they get there? the only feast day that will be held in the future is Zechariah Chapter 14 .the Feast of Tabernacles. he misinterpreted the the Feast of unleavened bread .which is only for the Jews .not the Gentiles unless you came out of Egypt and you had put the blood of the Lamb across the doorpost.. they ate that lamb!! And in Leviticus 16, they don't eat that goat! They burn it!

@@MarkChupp-j5i If what pastor Myers said didn't resonate with you, it's probably because you're fixated on the cross. But the Day of Atonement did not signify Christ's death on the cross. If it did, a lamb would be sacrificed. John 1:29 says:
The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, BEHOLD THE LAMB OF GOD, WHICH TAKETH AWAY THE SIN OF THE WORLD.
      It does not say:
Behold the GOAT of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.
In his role of sin-bearer, Jesus is portrayed as a LAMB. That's because a lamb was sacrificed at the alter of sacrifice which alter symbolised the cross. The goat for the Lord is not bearing the sins because that has already been done at the cross.
      Hebrews 7:27
Who needeth NOT DAILY, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people's: for THIS HE DID ONCE, WHEN HE OFFERED UP HIMSELF.
      Hebrews 9:28
So Christ was ONCE OFFERED TO BEAR THE SINS of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.
This Once was at the alter of sacrifice/on the cross.
On the day of atonement there are no sins laid on the head of the Lord's goat as there is daily on the lamb at the alter of sacrifice. There is no sin in its blood taken into the sanctuary, because All the sins are ALREADY in the sanctuary. They have been carried there daily by the blood of the lamb. The job of the goat is not to BEAR sins, but to CLEANSE sins.
      Leviticus 16
18 And he shall go out unto the altar that is before the Lord, AND MAKE AN ATONEMENT FOR IT; and shall take of the blood of the bullock, AND OF THE BLOOD OF THE GOAT, AND put it upon the horns of the altar round about.
19 And he shall sprinkle of the blood upon it with his finger seven times, AND CLEANSE IT, and hallow it FROM THE UNCLEANNESS OF THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL.
Read Leviticus carefully and prayerfully and you'll notice that the Blood of the Lord's goat was used to CLEANSE THE SANCTUARY AND THE PEOPLE. This is God telling us what Jesus is doing AFTER he's taken/borne our sins on the cross. We as sinners are justified, our sins taken away, forgiven, when we accept His sacrifice on the cross. But the sins have been transferred from us to the heavenly sanctuary as Israel's sins were transferred to the earthly sanctuary in the typical service. And just as the earthly priests entered the sanctuary once a year "with the blood of bulls and goats" to "purify" (i.e. cleanse) so Hebrews tells us that Jesus "offered himself without spot to God" to "purge (i.e. cleanse)your conscience from dead works to serve the living God". Hebrews 9: 11-14
Only AFTER the Lord's goat has made atonement for the sins in the sanctuary and the sins of the people, does the scapegoat enter the picture. It has no part in the atonement. Note Leviticus 19:20-21
20 And WHEN HE HATH MADE AN END OF RECONCILING THE HOLY PLACE, and the tabernacle of the congregation, and the altar, HE SHALL BRING THE LIVE GOAT:
21 And Aaron shall lay both his hands upon the head of the live goat, and confess over him all the iniquities of the children of Israel, and all their transgressions in all their sins, PUTTING THEM UPON THE HEAD OF THE GOAT, and shall send him away by the hand of a fit man into the wilderness:
If the scapegoat was Jesus, then he would be bearing our sins twice - once at the cross (at the alter of sacrifice) and again on the day of atonement. But as you can see from Hebrews, He did that only once.
God is a God of mercy, but He's also a God of Justice. His mercy was demonstrated at the cross. His Justice is shown on the day of atonement when Satan, the scapegoat gets his just rewards.
So why would Satan bear the sins of God's people on his head? (Notice he's not bearing the sins of the whole world as Jesus did but only those confessed sins from the sanctuary). Scripture tells us that he who devise mischief against another, his mischief shall return upon his own head. See for instance just a few of these texts below.
      1 Samuel 25:39
And when David heard that Nabal was dead, he said, Blessed be the Lord, that hath pleaded the cause of my reproach from the hand of Nabal, and hath kept his servant from evil: FOR THE LORD HATH RETURNED THE WICKEDNESS OF NABAL UPON HIS OWN HEAD.
      1 Kings 2:32
And the Lord shall return his blood UPON HIS OWN HEAD, who fell upon two men more righteous and better than he, and slew them with the sword
      Esther 9:25
But when Esther came before the king, he commanded by letters that his (Haman's) wicked device, which he devised against the Jews, SHOULD RETURN UPON HIS OWN HEAD, and that he and his sons should be hanged on the gallows.
      Psalm 7:16
14 Behold, he travaileth with iniquity, and hath conceived mischief, and brought forth falsehood.
15 HE MADE A PIT, AND DIGGED IT, AND IS FALLEN INTO THE DITCH WHICH HE MADE.
16 HIS MISCHIEF SHALL RETURN UPON HIS OWN HEAD, and his violent dealing shall come down upon his own pate.
      2 Chronicles 6:23
Then hear thou from heaven, and do, and judge thy servants, BY REQUITING THE WICKED, BY RECOMPENSING HIS WAY UPON HIS OWN HEAD; AND BY JUSTIFYING THE RIGHTEOUS, BY GIVING HIM ACCORDING TO HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS.
The day of atonement is also called the day of judgment and the last text tells us exactly what it's for. Satan, who caused God's people to sin, will have those forgiven sins put back on his own head because they belong to him. He will be banished to a desolate place (wilderness) called a BOTTOMLESS PIT in Revelation 20. And we see that
      Ecclesiastes 10:8
      8 He that diggeth a PIT shall fall into it;
There is much more that can be, and has been said about why the scapegoat cannot be Jesus, but the Bible plainly says ONE goat for the Lord and the OTHER for Azazel. Logically Azazel cannot be for the Lord. Jesus said
      Matthew 12:30
He that is not with me is against me.
If one goat is FOR the Lord, the other cannot be FOR the Lord and must therefore be AGAINST Him.

Excellent Brother Myers. How beautiful to hear this Great Truth without one single EGW quote. I SO much more prefer to hear a,"thus saith the Lord." It carries much more weight. SDA preachers sadly enough, just about quote their entire sermons from Sister White. I can very easily understand why people, would consider SDAs a cult because "we follow nothing which doesn't bear the EGW stamp ."
I am a dis fellowshipped SDA. But to me the Holy Bible KJV is the ultimate standard by which to measure anything and everything which professes to be truth. For me , no other church preaches this unique message. I heard my father preach this truth from many a pulpit.
So I truly appreciate your "strictly Bible" verses. It just so happens that I was researching this info for 2 people who asked me questions right from M's site. But I insisted to use only Bible verses. And this flawless presentation came up. I learned information that I ' d assumed i knew.
Thank you Brother Myers and may God bless you.
P.S.- i guess you heard about how Dr. Corad Vine was Banned from preaching by the Michigan Union prez. & denounce by the GC and the big wheels of the SDA administration. Dr. Vine preached The Sermon that has rocked the Church to its core and increased what I believe is The Shaking. Pray and support the Truth always.

@SRD1984 If the Day of atonement is pointing to an event after the cross but before the feast of tabernacles how is it representing Christ? The feast of unleavened bread already covered removing sins from people. Each feast has a sacrifice and another event that is not the cross (except for Passover). They all point to a separate event. Pentecost, Trumpets, etc. Where in the future is Jesus sent into something that the wilderness would represent bearing sins? Remember again that Passover already covered Jesus bearing sins.

@Power of the Lamb Since the first four Spring feasts were accomplished back-to-back, how do you explain why the last three Fall feasts don't happen back-to-back in a literal sense with the same spacing of days as the Spring feasts. We believe the feast of trumpets was the midnight cry and the day of atonement began in 1844. But the day of atonement did not last 180 years. How do you explain the literal application in the Spring and protracted application in the fall?
At 1:47:10, you briefly mentioned the Greek, but I did not clearly get your point. How does Paul use hagion hagion? You said he uses it to mean most holy place and the sanctuary...so it can mean both depending on the context. How are you proving from the Greek that it means sanctuary here? Pastor, I appreciate your engagement. I’m glad you addressed Hebrews 9. I don’t agree with you, but I respect your view. I still think that what is said there completely refutes 1844 and therefor the scapegoat as well. I hope you really do realize pastor Myers that us former SDA’s (I’m only recently out after over thirty years in) do not hate SDA’s. Just the opposite is true. I LOVE the Adventist people and still consider them to be my people. But theologically there are problems. The scapegoat teaching robs Christ of the fullness of victory he achieved on our behalf. I know this is not the intent of SDA’s. But it is the implication of the doctrine. And the very reason I personally push back so hard on this doctrine is because I KNOW that the SDA people do not believe Satan is their sin bearer. The scapegoat IS OUR SIN BEARER. I’m trying to wake y’all up to the fact that you are giving people the wrong impression by this teaching. Why not just let it go? That’s what I don’t get. If this is causing a stumbling block for other Christian’s to want to break bread with you, why hold onto it. Is it really that necessary?

I will presume that you understand that for deception to exit those who are deceived will actually think that they have the truth. While lots of critics accuse Adventists of being deceived they do not have any credible evidence based on scripture to prove their accusations and while you are free to respectfully disagree it would carry more weight if you put out a video explaining why the day of atonement should be different to the other feasts.
Since the SDA church has not experienced the tares being removed by God yet it will be easy to find people you don't like within their congregations so make sure that your decisions are based on scripture alone would be my request.

The reason he's doing these many videos.. as he knows that if there are.sins (in) Jesus Christ 1 Peter 2:24.. the scapegoat is also on the cross on the same day.. so he has to tell you what happens to those sins (on the same day) .he has to have an answer for that. the first goat does not bear any sins .(the blood pays the price) which is what remission means! Leviticus 16:5 says both goats are for the atonement the sacrifice.. there's two parts to the sacrifice to finish the atonement.. and there's no place in Leviticus that says there is a cleansing of a sanctuary ..takes place . That theology that he says he does not get from Ellen.. that's where it comes from.. everything he's actually teaching is Ellen's teaching. Daniel 8:14.. which has nothing to do with this sanctuary.. and it's not even happened yet.. the misinterpretation of Daniel 8:14, create the devil to be the second goat ..which destroys Isaiah 43:25...so if the first goat has completely an eliminated the sins.. there would be no sin to be able to be placed by Aaron, on the second Goat.. but on the crucifixion day, Jesus is now Aaron! He will agree HE'S the first goat !and Aaron places The Sins on the second GOAT..on the same day to finish the atonement . As required by the sanctuary system.Jesus Christ places the sins upon himself 1 Peter 2:24. (the very first line).. without that you cannot possibly have Isaiah 43:25, ever have happened .that would mean you would never have salvation...

Oh yea, he has at least 4 accounts. I have seen him make them “talk to each other” as if they are different people. It is kinda hilarious.
And yes, he is not honest with how he converses with us. He is sincere with what he believes, I believe that. His problem is he has
      double standards and is hypocritical.
He expects us to answer his questions but ignores ours. He also expects us to show verses that say exactly what we claim but he does not hold himself to that same standard. He trolls SDA channels left and right and then complains that I keep bothering him whenever he says something in ONE channel. He is very disrespectful to us, calls us liars all the time
but complains when he is called a liar.
The worst part is he begins a conversation. We respond. He then gets to a point where he has to put up or shut up and what does he do? He stops talking. He runs.
Here is an example. He constantly bugs us about the 2300 days and that it cannot get from 457BC to 1844AD. I show him how to count years and he ignores it. I also challenge him to go to an online time length calculator and input 457BC and 1844AD and see what he gets. You know this dude has not done that? He ignores avenues to truth that goes against his narrative. That is intellectual dishonesty. That is why I do not respect him. He is all talk but when something is presented with something that he can’t argue, he ignores it. It is pathetic.
Now, I oppose him on this channel at every turn just to give him a taste of his own medicine AND to drive up the comment count. He can’t resist an argument so I use that to help the channel.

Incorrect, the first Goat is for atonement, thus it carried sin when it died. The second goat is not for atonement, it was expelled from God's people. So, unless you're telling me that Jesus will be expelled, we have a problem here. Without shedding of blood, there is no atonement, thus, the goat for azazel is not Jesus, for it's not a sacrifice.
Now, answer me this: What is the High Priest doing after the first goat, the Goat for the Lord, is killed? Understand that and you will understand how the second goat can NOT be Jesus.

There is no remission of sins without shedding of blood.. you're not understanding the word meaning in Leviticus 16 Daniel 8:14 is not even happened yet ..if you would understand the prophecy of Daniel 8. you would clearly know what I'm telling you is the truth!!
