I have done the same. Tip: The tarp will only last about 2 years, maybe less. So buy a second cheaper tarp to drape over the silver one. Make it last a little longer. Also, watch for rain puddles at the corners.
Zipper door. Or with a couple more pieces of pipe you could attach a cheap door and frame from Habitat for Humanity to the end pole and tack your side panel to the jamb. This door could also provide a solid mount for a box fan if you paint in there.
I have a pretty similar sized steel tube "green house" thats in front of my shop, ive really wanted to enclose it for extra storage... this does inspire that
I just put some new shelves in my garaje, and it has completely changed my working space. The problem is my garaje was built for classic Minis ( I have 2), then i bought my 911 (never thought I would), and obviously there is no room for it. Maybe if I put it in a diagonal way…. Or I put an extension similar to the one you are showing here…
It has to count as one of the oddest questions I've ever gotten. I mean… The car was totally outside before so I don't know if there's any difference? I don't know what people do in that instance, sorry. I suppose I can just say that this isn't long-term storage… This is a car that's being actively worked on so I suppose I would spot them?

I did something similar recently myself and the extra room and peace of mind are worth every penny!

I’m planning to tear down an old shed and was going to put in a Harbor Freight 10x17 carport, but I like these better. Nice timing!
Looks good.
Nice, may grab a smaller one for the drive way, when I rip drywall down to do insulation.

With all that space, you need a mini plasma table like the one around 26;11 in this video... th-cam.com/video/8T_K8oVX0gU/w-d-xo.html
Looks great! Question. How are you going to keep the small rodents out and making the car a home?

Yea you'd just use any other rodent repellent
I'd be more worried about moisture
You wouldn't wanna store cardboard n such on the floor
