Admittedly, he's right about one thing. Anyone who does at least 10 seconds of research would realize that these influencer cryptos are almost always a scam.
That said, influencers who resort to crypto scams are pure scum and deserve to lose everything they've earned. They're a threat to the public at this point.
Exactly he's a fraudster, scammer and trickster i appreciate his transparency about his despicable actions so more people know ahead of time to not trust him.
When it comes to products/gaining money people are so eager and impulsive to give they're money away.
Where is the skepticism, calculate the benefits and risks and ask the question do I need this before throwing away money.

According to a video by Leonard French, the fact that crypto is unregulated does not mean they could not sue him for fraud.
If that was really the case then why is nobody who does these crypto scams ever get into legal trouble? Not one of them.

@@Vlad-bu3mr they will get out of it. It's civil lawsuits. No criminal charges were filed. With civil suits, even if you get a guilty verdict from the judge, you can just move your money around and file chapter 11 bankruptcy, which gets you out of all debts.
(Source: my mother owned a payday-advance company and alot of her clients would file chapter 11 bankruptcy just to avoid paying her.)

How would that work with an unregulated market that uses an "untraceable" block chain ledger? That's the entire reason why scammers use crypto, there's no crimes to commit because there's no way to prove in court since theirs no laws surrounding it.
@@starsiegeRoks because businesses have to report any monetary transactions between companies any transactions in crypto isn't monitored but as soon as you turn it into legal tender or anything that is monetary or worth money it is then taxed between any corporation or personnel or persons. So if you purchase a car with crypto you have to claim that car as a value of money to get it registered if you don't claim that then it's tax fraud.

Considering what kind of fanbase and community he had, I'm not surprised. Also, when you have crypto leaders encouraging others to buy, they are almost universally always a scam where the leader figure sells first, and the others are left to face the loss.

Fraud has nothing to do with whether something is regulated or not. If you lie to someone with the intent for them to rely on that lie, and they're harmed as a result of relying on that lie, you might be looking at fraud charges.
When I think "WHAT MORAL PARAGON WOULD I TRUST TO INVEST IN?", the first person that pops into my head is the man who looks like he is on a 2 week coke binge and has the title "most swatted man in history" and a close compatriot of "BAKED ALASKA".

The purchasers may have a case for fraud but it would be incredibly difficult to prove or even get a court to hear the case. The US law might be different from the legal jurisdictions I've studied in. So I wouldn't be able to sufficiently comment on specifics.

he didn't just pump and dump. he took the liquidity of those who put their money in. he took his money + what he wanted to take. the smart contract also had constraints in place that disallowed him from taking the liquidity earlier. when the constraint unlocked, he drained whatever he could -- and made illogical arguments to defend his actions.
