Emile... used Chance Time... as a strategy... and it paid off. It is physically impossible to comprehend the power of this man's luck.
Be very afraid of someone that wields luck as a strategic plan.
I'd be more impressed if it wasn't the fact that Mario Party 4 has the most predictable Chance Time out of all the Mario Parties. It's extremely difficult to get anything BUT "Swap Coins".
Still, though, the fact that he managed to roll just enough to land on it - and then later pulled off that stunt with the Happening Star - proves your comment correct.

Not really. MP4's chance time is 50% luck, 50% skill. Not only that, but EVERY time they did it, it defaults to coin swap. I don't call it a lucky shot.

Just like in "Bowser's Magma Mountain" Emile won by Chance Time. Or I guess I should say, Reversal of Fortune and then an incredible stroke of luck three turns in a row.
And Jon got screwed by chance time. Some things never die
Thinking back on it, the only impact the Reversal of Fortune had was preventing Jon from being a contender for the Coin Star.
Best never to show Jon that one Vocaloid song that is mostly just cat meowing or rather 'nyahing' with how much he kept bringing up the 'nyooo' XD
I love Emile-senpai, I really do, he's my favorite of the group, but geez I so wanted Jon to get a clean sweep in this! Emile's stupid luck knows no bounds I swear!
Aw, who am I kidding? I still love Emile though, he did great with his strategy and luck~

Ah the only board where Jon didn't win. A lot of good moments here despite some people hating on Chugga due to the results of this board despite the fact it was kinda boring seeing Jon win all the other boards except this one.
Then there was Mario Party 5 where the AI won and there was a variety of victories.
And Chugga was completely shut out. As fun as that project was I guess thanks to that I have no desire to play Mario Party 5 since I've owned all but 5 on my Gamecube and now only own 7 as the only Mario Party Game I have left. I just wonder how things will go on once they get to 6 and 7 since those two are games I've played a lot and I wonder what type of antics the guys will be involved in once they get to those two entries. Especially 7. Heh maybe more AI victories down the line since I kinda found it refreshing to see the AI win in Mario Party 5 through the same way Slim lost in his LP and to the same character no less.
Tim should have been the winner instead of Chugga, Thankfully Mario Party 5 shut him out.
I think Tim had his game already Mario Party 3 is said game. Though still I think Chugga earned the victory. Seeing Jon get a perfect victory really didn't need to happen. Besides it kinda got boring after the first 3 board wins as entertaining as it was. Though not as boring as Dokapon Kingdom that project has to end soon.
Yeah, it was kind of mean for Chugga to pick on Tim, Peach had more stars, and he was trying to prevent Jon from winning. But he still would've won anyway due to landing on that third happening space, he'd have beaten Tim in a tie. And if he'd won the last minigame, it wouldn't have mattered, as he would've snagged the Minigame Star too.

+PoopFace17 Damon don't know them personally but they did give me recognition when I started making best moments and top 10s and they are fine with me making these videos. Heck, Jon and NCS have commented on some of my older videos so that was pretty cool!

One thing I don't like that they do when playing Mario Party is that they keep track of who gets which bonus star at the end I feel it ruins it when they say before who will win and they are more often then not correct.
I mean sure if someone has like a 4 star lead and even if someone got all the bonus star they still wouldn't win that's one thing, but when it's close match it's preferred if the game told us and not TRG
