179marioyoshi971 I witnessed it happen recently. I bought a real Mario Party 4 GameCube disc for my GameCube. I plotted it in and started to play it. I played Story Mode first, as Mario. The other AI were:
Waluigi
Daisy
Peach
Waluigi had 4 stars, I had none, Peach had one and Daisy had none.
Only problem was; I was stuck in the first part of the board all game (I was playing Toads Midway Madness) because I kept getting low roles and when I finally got to the teacups to switch places, someone kept getting there before me which made the direction change.
Then Waluigi popped by the lottery shop and got a ticket. I had no clue what it was. When the final five turns appeared, they did the lottery thing. Waluigi won it. I thought that it was common to win it and that they chose a random person who had tickets to win each time.
Then my jaw-dropped at Waluigi getting a star. He won the game by 1 star later on, because I swept the bonus stars. (Last 5 turns I boomed with Happening Spaces, because I got out of the start. Also the other two were basically mine.)
I looked up how common it is to win the lottery on MP4. I was shocked.
Let it be known; My first ever game of Mario Party 4, someone won the lottery.
EDOT: I need to correct myself. Waluigi had 4 stars AFTER the lottery win. I didn't specify, my bad.
Spacell I remember TRG saying it was almost impossible. So I took it upon myself to make it happen. My first game after that was Goomba's Greedy Gala, and I won the lotto
It happened on MasseAnle's channel when she collabed with Chugga. I believe it was the Daisy A.I. who won it.
I did get the Lottery ticket bonus not to long ago (April 2018)
I love Jon’s analogy in the beginning. “Oh I didn’t through a normal water bottle I threw a dasani water bottle” and then chuggas like Lol cause your Canadian right Xd

I won at the Lottery Shop before. It was the scratch-off ticket game, I just picked a card for the heck of it, and it was a 1. That secured me the Coin Star. Good times, good times...

It's a bit late to ask this but.. Is Chugga ever going to go a mario party game without messing up describing an extra minigame? He hardly ever gives the minigames the right description. Archeologuess he said one is stationary and 5 others are spinning and you gotta match. while in reality you have to pick which of the spinning objects is different than the other 4.

Going to be honest, I feel this Mario Party playthrough of the Runaway Guys was the most boring. I know they think this was better than MP3, but I disagree. MP3 playthrough was way more entertaining and I did feel bad for Jon getting screwed over a lot but I feel that's what made it so funny. it was entertaining to watch how Jon kept getting screwed luck wise. this playthrough was forgettable and there wasn't a whole lot of memorable funny moments except for a few maybe. I mean Jon coming and winning by a landslide was a little boring to watch. Emile didn't get too competitive except for him kind of whining about Jon winning all the time. I don't know. MP4 playthrough was my least favorite so far for their MP gameplay. I haven't bothered to rewatch it but I rewatch MP2 and MP3 because those two had quite a lot of funny and memorable moments. Just my thoughts on this is all...
