THE MEGA STRAY KIDS REACTION IS HERE! 🙌🔥 This was a highly requested video to have some of my most popular SKZ reactions in one video for people to enjoy all at once and for those who may have not seen them before! Let me know if you'd like to see more videos like this!
Stray Kids have totally broken the K-pop mold. I started listening to them a few years ago and love everything they’ve done! What a talented group of young men!
@die_jaronmars4698 someone gave me shit for accidentally typing f3lix instead of felix once... asked what the 3 meant and if it was a slur. No, I just have fat fingers, lol!
Me too. Longtime Metal Head, Rap and Blues fan. Have been a fan of SKZ for a while now, but am branching out to Ateez too. Never been a fan of Brit Boy Bands - too poptastic. But SKZ are just amazing covering so many genres in their songs and bringing the energy and slick productions. Love their thumping bass and clever lyrics.
I’ve seen SKZ live and they actually bring in so many metal and old school rock samples and transitions and undertones… it’s amazing!! Funny enough, as I was watching, I had a thought that even my metal head friends would love this. And I guess I was right! 😊
"Dude, just get that voice and inject it into my veins", "His voice, I love it...go back, I want more of him! -- Haha, that's my exact reaction to Felix's Voice, Allonsyyy!
The song Thunderous comes from Stray Kid's 'No Easy' album, which is word play on the word noisy. They've gotten hate for making music that is loud like pots and pans, especially in Korea. When SKZ refer to themselves as the famous thunderous ones they are basically saying they are loud and they won't apologize for it. They instead are proud of it. They are also a self-producing group who make 99% of their own music. They are very attentive to the image they create as a group. I'd highly recommend listening to other songs from the 'No Easy' album. Awesome reaction dude!
The joke in stayville is that there is so much money in the budget for MVs since JYP saves so much with 3RACHA writing, composing, arranging, and producing themselves. If you are a metal head, you’ll love Stray Kids! Totally recommend Hellavator, LaLaLaLa, Megaverse, Venom, JJAM, Side Effects, and Freeze. Thanks for your reaction & looking forward to more ❤
the "I could listen to him all day" referring to felix, and the "He's just visually striking, you just wanna look at him" referring to hyunjin was so real
8:18 I don’t know how to explain but for me, SKZ is uniquely good at “flexing” in a way that *brings you along with them.* The actual vibe is less that they’re better than anyone else or something (why compete when you’re doing your own thing anyway?) and more just being the most awesome version of yourself possible, haha.
I am 67 and discovered stray kids a couple of months ago. I am completely addicted. They are so accomplished. The music, the dancing, the lyrics are fantastic. I could go on.....😂.
I’m 55 and became one months ago from the algorithms…THANK YOU UNIVERSE! lol, it’s so refreshing to see and experience this band, their music, their personalities and videos! I’ve watched their vlogs and they are wholesome and genuine…which feels so rare now adays! 💥❤️🔥
As a teenager I love New Kids on the Block I am about to be 50 years old in January I found stray kids like a month and a half ago and I've been utterly addicted I feel like a teenager again Felix is my absolute favorite
I discovered Stray Kids about a year ago and they are still over half of what I listen to. The thing that impressed me the most is the fact that they write their own music and lyrics! They are so talented!! And they’re sweet and supportive of each other, humble /appreciative toward their fans and so funny! They make me smile every day.
I'm a Metal/Rock fan as well (in my mid fifties), and came across Stray kids about a month ago. Was watching a recording of their Melbourne concert last night and wishing i was there. They dont fit the typical Boy band genre - thankfully, as ive never liked a single boy band before! I would happily go to one of Stray kids concerts.
@Allonsyyyy The reason the Back Door sign lit up is they have a Song called "Back Door" Which is a continuation of "God's Menu". Also Chan Changbin and Han produce all of the music. They sometimes have help from others but all the songs usually have 3racha. That''s what they call themselves as the producers.
Basically a clap back at haters who say that their music is all noise. And they were telling them off saying, if we are noisy, well let me volume up and be the thunderous ones. Hilarious stray kids😂
Welcome to the rabbit hole! Stray Kids are very prolific, experimental, and give tons of variety in the types of music they make. They write and produce something like 98% of their music. Their producing team is called 3racha, and it is three members from the group. Bang Chan, who is the leader, is primarily the composer and beat maker, but he does assist in lyric writing. Han and Changbin are primarily the lyricists. But, all of the members have gotten involved with both composing and lyric writing at different points. They are immensely talented. The first Stray Kids song I ever heard was actually Maniac. 😊 I would also encourage you to check out their dance practice/ performance videos. They are amazing dancers. Domino, Miroh, Chk Chk Boom, and Jjam are awesome to watch.
Let's just say you have the biggest stray kids man in your chat right now brother. I don't know who you are, but I am glad you're talking about stray kids because they are my favorite K-pop singers!!!!
One of the most satisfying things to see is someone starting to get into something you love. It's so exciting. I be watchin' this with a grin on my face like, "I KNOW RIGHT?!"
Metal head as well and just got into Stray Kids... The deep voice that is Felix... My fav😊. You should also check out Chk Chk Boom, Hellevator, Megaverse, Back Door, Case 143, LaLaLa. All so good!! I'm like you I love the transitions in the videos and music!
love the recognition for Felix's voice, unable to look away from Hyunjin, the talent they all have, the insanity to these videos, and the fact that it feels illegal to watch these because of how cool they are
The fact that i slightly threw my phone when he paused before Felix's part in Gods Menu is so funny😂😂😂😂😂it happens all ghe time when people do reactions and i always laugh bc they dont know what is about to happen😂😂😂❤❤❤❤❤❤
All I can say is that I’m in my 50s, am a classical pianist and I’ve always hated pop and rap. But I cannot get enough of these guys ❤ Rare have I heard such creativity combined with skill and talent
So about the effects and transitions, the director they work with for the MVs METICULOUSLY storyboards these MVs to tell a story and plans all the transitions to beat or lyric.
I'm a 49 year old female I've been a Metalhead all my life and I absolutely love stray kids the first song that I Would Have you listened to is chic chic boom and maniac
Thunderous will always have a very special place in my heart because it was my first skz song (it was in the yt trends when it came out and i watched it and got addicted, been a fan ever since)
They are mind boggling. No words to describe them. When you look at the behind the scenes videos you'll love them even more. I think they will go down in history as the most amazing thing that ever existed in music and art. And even more amazing is how sweet, humble and kind they are in real life.
This is the best reaction I have seen of Stray kids, appreciating the lyrics, the music videos, the voices, the concepts, choreography, their SOUND and their UNIQUENESS, thank you so much for giving your opinion, as a STAY for almost 7 years I really appreciate it, nice video dude my whole respect :) and you are welcome to keep supporting and listening to them they are amazing!
There's nothing better than our Stray Kids. Once you see them perform you'll be hooked forever. And they ate also all such wonderful people behind the scenes. So much respect for them. From a loyal Stay
I am 60 and found BTS about a year ago and was blown away. I decided to start checking out Stray Kids about a month ago and I'm completely blown away! S-Class confounds me with the mixture of the different types of music all blended together. Amazing, talented, great choreo, singing, dancing, video, etc. I'm now a fan. No going back.
Gods menu will forever be my favourite. It's what got me into this band, but also because of the incredible work of art it is - how it was a way for SK to "break free" of the hate. "We serve everything and everyone" - literally meaning they mix genres however they like, from trap, rap, rnb and edm and more, and making it easy and smooth too. You barely notice the genre has changed, only that there was a transition. There's also a hell of a lot analytical meaning behind the videoes and how they’re composed too - could go on a longer explanation of gods menu and how every section is important to the composition of the most (god-worthy) incredible menu; the construction team (science), the messy kitchen (creativity), the race cars (knowing when to go fast and slow) etc. But that's a whole other talk. There's so many fascets and depth - not to tall about how much more creative and fluid the songs have to be to fit 8 different individuals.
My brother who is also a metal head, death metal and so, came with me to the IDAYS for Straykids and he REALLY enjoyed as well ^-^ He really liked their uniqueness: Music, beat, switch ups, voices, arrangements ^^
Maniac was my first intro to Stray Kids. I was scrolling on tiktok and they were doing a line dance version without any background visuals, just their voices and personality captured me immediately. Couldn't scroll away. Then the Felix effect hit with that chorus and I went "Who ARE these guys?" and was an instant fan.
Heard God Menu first then Thunderous and then went on a hardcore binge and just listened to a bunch at once. Personal favs are Venom, the above mentioned, and Back Door. Red Lights too!
They also use a lot of real props and live fire in their music videos. In their music video "Circus" one of the fireworks actually accidentally burned one of the members hands but he still finished the video, you can catch glimpses of his hand handages up near the end of the music video
9:29 thunderous and gods menu were kinda clap backs at haters saying all their music is just noisy and annoying, that was why the album thunderous was names NoEasy with the word noisy highlighted in it
I absolutely love watching people react to Stray Kids!! Maniac was when I was hooked haha I saw a lot of videos of Felix (deep voice) and decided to watch the Maniac m/v. Laid eyes on Chris (blue haired in the beginning) and it was down the rabbit hole for me😅 they self-produce most, it not all, of their music and they're so diverse and talented, it's hard not to love them and their music. Not only that, but they are all such sweet and kindhearted people. Their personalities mesh well together and it makes them perfect.
My first stray kids song was Maniac. I actually saw it the first time on Tiktok and they were doing a relay dance (the members line up and take turns doing parts of the dance). Then I saw the MV on TH-cam and became OBSESSED with stray kids. I've been listening to them for a few years now
I say this as someone who has been into kpop since 2005, Stray Kids are in an entire league of their own. Innovative, experimental and just willing to break the mold.
Absolutely LOVED this reaction!! I was smiling the whole time, its nice to see someone discover something knew they like! If you're looking for reccomendations, I would suggest Xdinary Heroes, they are under the same company as stray kids and they make band music, they even came out with a metal song recently (INSTEAD!)
Hello! If you liked the change up thing they did, it's a actually a trending thing in KPOP right now. In fact, BlackPink was the first I heard do a change up to straight up hip hop in the second verse in their song "Pink Venom" (that came out maybe two years before this?). You should definitely listen to it if you haven’t cause it's pretty much a staple of Kpop now and I think the instrumental is VERY interesting. I also write and produce songs, so from a producing standpoint it is definitely worth a listen.
I love watching Straykids reaction videos, they are some of my favorite videos and I love it when language transcends in every aspect. I'm from Chile! I love watching your video. Thank you so much for letting us see your reaction!❤💕❤
Thunderous was a sort of clap-back at haters (symbolized by birds squawking at them in various videos) who were saying they were just a lot of noise, sounded like pots and pans, and wouldn't amount to anything. It's was like, "oh, you want noise? we'll be thunderous!"
New to channel! You were in recommendations cos I watch a lot of different reactions, you're really genuine and it's really rare to see a guy liking this music! awesome!
For me, STRAY KIDS are the Kings of this generation of Kpop, you can see how much inspiration they got from the first kings (BIG BANG). I don't like many groups from this generations groups, but immediately fell in love here because its like BIG BANG and BLOCK B had a baby. You can tell how much they looked up to to those groups when watching their videos after watching and listening to BIG BANG & BLOCK B for over a decade 😅 The kinda nuts kpop stans say not to ever compare groups, but I see that as bs when it comes to groups like this. You can literally hear and see the inspiration. They learned from watching their favourite idols who changed the industry, STRAY KIDS even did a tribute to BIG BANG while the group were doing their military service. BIG BANG very literally changed the KPOP industry. STRAY KIDS produce, write, and choreograph their own songs. Without BIG BANG that wouldn't be possible. BIG BANG were the group that gave idols that ability, before that idols had very little control over their music in any way. One that sold it for me was how Han (in the big white hat) raps in Maniac is *very* similar to G-Dragon, as if he grew up rapping along to BIG BANG & GD songs, even his ad-libs on between his verses sound like GD. GD has a VERY unique voice and I listened to this before watching the video, I legit thought they got GD to do a cameo on Maniac. (Side note I am so glad BIG BANG is back and watching all the other idol groups reactions to seeing them suddenly performing at the MAMA awards was priceless. Most of those groups probably never got to see the kings live and you can see their excitement)
S-Class and its music video is crazy, they won awards for it 😊 God's Menu introduced me to Stray Kids, S-Class solidified it for me and all their b-sides had me for the long haul.
They all sit and listen to each other's opinions and write down ideas for the songs whilst Bang Chan (Their leader) made the melodies. Im gonna tell a little about the different Stray Kids members Felix is the kitty and the deep voice of the group. He's known for his deep and wonderful voice. He has that "Fairy on the outside, devil on the inside" feeling, bc of his deep and calming voice. Hyunjin is known for his visuals. Hes one of the main dancers (the main dancers are called danceRACHA.) He is an artist and his passion for dancing. (Ran out of time and will finish this tomorrow)
Hey! Stay of 2+ years here to add some context. To answer your question, the members are very involved in many aspects of their music. They all contribute to the songwriting and production of their albums, especially their rap and producing unit, 3RACHA (comprised of Bang Chan, HAN, and Changbin). They do most of the songwriting and producing out of all the members. I can't speak on involvement in music video production. The guy with the deep voice is named Felix. He's from Sydney, Australia, and he moved to Korea when he was 17 after being scouted on Facebook. His hair changes a lot - he's had short hair, long hair, and extensions! His freckles are natural. Stays call the classic jaw-dropped reaction to his deep voice the "Felix effect". Fun fact: he knows I exist! My friend and I had a fan interaction with him at their concert. The red haired one in MANIAC is named Hyunjin. He's the main visual of the group and can pull off nearly any hair color and style. He had long silver hair for a while, then cut it again after God's Menu era. He is now a global brand ambassador for Versace and is very good friends with Donatella. Again with long hair! He is also the main dancer, despite having no talent for it. He had to work his ass off to build the skill he has now. About Thunderous, yes, it is magnificent live. I saw them live during their MANIAC tour, and everything was astounding, but Charmer (song from the same album MANIAC is in) was my favorite to see live. I'm hoping to see them again for DominATE! Always happy to see people loving our boys! They truly make my days lighter.

@sjwillson56 Some people have nothing better to do than to talk to others stupidly. As if they haven't mistyped before 🤦♀️

It's the famous Felix Effect :)

Metal is probably closer to Night, Come Play, Battle Grounds or Lalalala (Rock ver.), etc. 🥰
the "I could listen to him all day" referring to felix, and the "He's just visually striking, you just wanna look at him" referring to hyunjin was so real
They write and produce ALL of their own music.

As a Felix admirer, you should DEFINITELY listen to "Deep end" by him. It's his solo song and lemme tell you, his range is INCREDIBLE.
The Felix Effect is real and hits so hard !

God's menu was my first song of theirs that I listened to and I've been hooked every since
Heard God Menu first then Thunderous and then went on a hardcore binge and just listened to a bunch at once.
As a metalhead also in their 30s, Stray Kids is the only K-pop group I’m in love with and I’m obsessed
Stray Kids does all their own writing and producing, there are plenty of videos of them in the studio working on songs, very fun to watch.
Through tiktok I discovered theres a pipeline from metalhead to Stay. HUNDREDS/thousands of us have travelled that pipeline lol.
STRAY KIDS EVERYWHERE ALL AROUND THE WORLD!!! ❤❤❤❤
LISTEN TO:
Domino
Case 143
Megaverse
lalalala
Easy
And watch their kingdom performances!
S-Class to me are their Bohemian Rhapsody. Such diversity, new sounds, dance sequences, and overall theatrics. It's amazing.
The metalhead to Stray Kids pipeline is SO REAL! - Love, a 2 year STAY!!
I love that this makes me feel like I’m listening to them for the first time and like that mind blowing feeling delving into the skzverse!!
Circus is one of my all time favorite videos and songs by them❤❤
MY FAV SONGS(basic ik):
CHK CHK BOOM
GODS MENU
LALALA
MEGAVERSE
CHRISTMAS EVEL
I LIKE IT
(Idk if this counts but) YOU IN MY BLURRED MEMORIES
i meaaaan you in my blurred memories doesnt really count, cuz a few skz members (hyunjin, han and felix i think) covered it alongside with other idols
Speaking of the transitions being smooth I feel like Stray Kids MV's are notoriois for having epic transitions.
my first stray kids song was the opening song of an anime called Tower of God, and I have been hooked on their music since. So around 4 years now.
S-Class is a hell of a song to start out with 😆 Right into the deep end.
Thunderous was a sort of clap-back at haters (symbolized by birds squawking at them in various videos) who were saying they were just a lot of noise, sounded like pots and pans, and wouldn't amount to anything. It's was like, "oh, you want noise? we'll be thunderous!"
I recommend checking out Chronosaurus, Miroh and Hellevator from their early work. You will want to check out the rest on your own after that.
First stray kids song I heard was Red Lights. What a way to start.🤣
the gods menu ending was a hint to their next song named back door. you should definitely listen to it!
You can tell how much they looked up to to those groups when watching their videos after watching and listening to BIG BANG & BLOCK B for over a decade 😅
The kinda nuts kpop stans say not to ever compare groups, but I see that as bs when it comes to groups like this.
Stray kids are unbelievable talented in every aspect all their songs and MV are mind blowing
S-Class and its music video is crazy, they won awards for it 😊
God's Menu introduced me to Stray Kids, S-Class solidified it for me and all their b-sides had me for the long haul.
"Get that voice and inject it into my vains!" 😂 The Felix effect get's us all!
They all sit and listen to each other's opinions and write down ideas for the songs whilst Bang Chan (Their leader) made the melodies.
Im gonna tell a little about the different Stray Kids members
Felix is the kitty and the deep voice of the group.
