Cheesy Chicken Jalapeño Egg Rolls

- 2 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1 (8 oz.) pack cream cheese ,soften at room temp
1 to 2 (4 oz.each) canned diced jalapeno
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
salt to taste
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 package of egg roll wrappers
and oil to fry them
In a large bowl mix all ingredients together.
To assemble egg rolls, place one wrapper with point facing you. Place 2 tablespoons of filling in center of wrapper; spread mixture slightly to form a log. Fold one pointed side over filling; fold in ends and then roll to form tight log. Seal final edge with and rubbing some water with your finger onto the last corner edge, and roll up.
Continue until all egg rolls are formed.
Fill large pot with oil at least 3 inches deep. Heat oil to 350 degrees F. Once hot, carefully drop egg rolls in a few at a time and fry, turning often, until brown and crispy, about 5 minutes. Do not overcrowd the pan or the oil will drop in temperature. Drain and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels. Serve egg rolls warm with ranch dressing for dipping.

It’s her channel seriously why tell her to use an air fryer that’s control, and your opinion that she never asked for! As for her meds that’s not your concern. Why do people think they are entitled to tell people what they should show in their channels or what to use as a cooking method on other peoples platforms! I see this crap a lot in her comments! I just wish Sarah was more of a boss attitude and create a video on telling folks to stop the crap comments. These channels are the creators of these people it’s entrepreneurial type creation your own boss, your own channel, there’s no need to supervise other peoples crap! So annoying. Not to be mean but poor Sarah I’m surprised she still has this channel up and running I’m sure these comments take a toll on her.

@Nunya Bizness you’re soooo right! Her cooking reminds me of cooking with my great-grandmother. She was patient and kind teaching me to cook classic recipes she had learned as a girl. 🥰🥰
I made something similar last week with empanada dough (found in the frozen food section) the filling was whipped cream cheese, shredded chicken, a tiny bit of crumbled bacon and no heat jalapenos. I cooked them in the air fryer, they were delicious.

I love the filling recipe! These days we can't eat fried food so I'm going to try doing this using flour wraps and a bit of tomato sauce and extra grated cheese overtop then oven-baked, thank you! 🥂

Reading through the comments, I wish more of you would be more concerned with her health.. If you all love watching her and her recepies and want her to stay around, she needs to focus in her health or it could be bad. You guys can hear how bad she was struggling to do everything it's obvious something needs to change and you guys are not contributing in a positive way like you think you are.
If your tv is high res enough you can see she is on a dose of Pioglitazone which is for type 2 diabetes. She definitely has health issues and this can’t continue.

I found out I was diabetic , 2 yrs ago weighing in at 162 at 5'2 I let myself go , always been small thought I could eat whatever , not .....but I'm now at 130 5 lbs over weight but had to wean myself off of carbs , doing soooo good . They call it the keto diet , it's what u put in ur body that makes it , just as drugs I consider food as a drug . U had good criticism , thanks for not being rude

People have made comments about her weight and health FOR YEARS, and it hasn't convinced her to change. At this point JUST LET HER LIVE HER LIFE!!! She is aware of her health. I'm sure she does not need or want "concerned" comments from strangers on the internet. Even if we don't agree with her lifestyle, it's called RESPECT to let her make her own decisions.
