I’m not trying to hurt her feelings. I’m actually concerned about her health. Over time her breathing has gotten more labored. We see the weight on the outside. There’s extra weight on her internal organs. The heart, lungs, kidneys. If she’d changed to healthy eating she’d see an improvement in her breathing. I was at one time right at 250 overweight. I’m also a RN. I understand completely.
