No idea about the special trains.
Very few are with diesel Loco's.
Main reason being the availability of AC traction ☝🏼

Why Hassan yesvantpur intercity SF express downgraded LHB to ICF rake tell me exact reason bro

Possible reason could be to use LHB coaches effectively.
Chikka Banavara - Hassan route is yet to see Electric locos ( substation work pending ). Currently along with diesels, EOG's have to be turned on which increases the fuel bill where as with ICF coaches, they are self generating.
2nd reason could be to use the LHB coaches on routes which are capable of 130 kmph. Hassan route max speed is 110 at the moment.
