- 2023 highlights for Troy RB Kimani Vidal. Vidal finished the season as the nation's leading rusher (as of the time I'm publishing this), with 1,661 yards rushing, 201 yards receiving on 18 catches, and 15 total TD. Vidal also made Troy history this season in a couple different areas. He became the program's all-time leading rusher (4,010 yards), set a single-game program record with 248 yards rushing against Stephen F. Austin, scored 5 touchdowns in the Trojans' Sun Belt Championship win over Appalachian State, and won Sun Belt Offensive Player of the Year.

WELCOME TO THE CHARGERS⚡️⚡️⚡️
Why did they draft Vidal so-soon? 😂
It's crazy how much he reminds me of Ekeler. He's small, strong and fast!
@@JordTheeNordonly difference is Ekeler fumbles.
LETS GOOOOO CHARGERS
No fumbles is CRAZY...lets get it 😤💪🏾⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️
Barryish 💯
This kid is pure gold!
Gold vs shite competition.
We'll see if hes gold in the NFL.
He could be.
harbaugh knows what hes doing
future charger
Damn
good call
Damn this dude called it
Bro called it😂 BTFU⚡️⚡️⚡️
@@theboogie1460 hell yeah brother let’s go
second most rushing yards in the nation for the 2023 season. Thats impressive in itself. Kids going to be solid and fit right into Harbaughs nose to the grindstone type scheme.
Yea traits yes production but also keep in mind who he played against.
Because it could matter a bit.
This kid can run. How is he in pass protection. RB's should put some film of them blocking to go along with the runs and the catches because that's what will get you on a roster.💯
He plays with phenomenal effort and a low center of gravity. If he can't pass protect I'd be very, very surprised.
Pass blocking rating|draft class ranking:
PFF Pass blocking grade: 79.3|1st
Pass blocking pressure %: 5.4%|5th
Pass Snap pressure %: 1.6%| 10th
One of the best pass blockers ever for a RB lol
Supposedly a great blocker which is perfect for what the Chargers are building
Everyone needs to keep in mind the competition though.
Based on PFF numbers him and dylan laube lead all the backs in a lot of categories.
But who'd they play.
Yes he can translate sure.
But people looking at those numbers doesnt mean that much
I see a mixture of Maurice Jones Drew And Ladainian Tomlinson with the good vision in this guy
Great take
Bolt up baby!!
I LOVE this kids' dawg mentality. He played his best in the championship game, which is how all players should be judged. I'll take 53 guys just like him.
Dan Campbell would love this guy
@@ronniebaker4934 So would Dan Morgan.
I’m a Duke fan, heard about this kid via the bowl game, and needless to say… I’m massively impressed
5’8 215 lbs runnin a 4.45 (looks a tad slower but he ran that) dudes a tank w wheels!!!! ⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️
I believe that's a fraction faster than Barry Sanders 40 time.
Reminds me of Marshall Faulk ⚡️⚡️
I know this is a highlight video so no negative plays but i couldn’t help but notice that every highlight clip was a 1st down or more which is exceptional!
This kid is athletic af! Looks like Ekeler but with way better vision and more speed. Let’s go Vidal!!!⚡️
Great ball security
MY GOOOOD WHAT A STUD.... welcome to the Chargers my man Lets goooo
Bolt up baby!!!
dude is a monster he’s literally like a pinball.. he bounces off of every tackle and keeps his feet moving. His leg strength is insane how he stays up after contact almost every play is so impressive.
Vidal is HIM!!
Looks like a sick kick/punt return guy
Vikings need need this kinda burst and vision at the RB spot
Dudes a beast 💪. ⚡🏈⚡
Could see Zamir White & Vidal in the same back field a true one & two punch
IMPOSSIBLE TO TACKLE CANT FIND HIM GREAT ADDITION FOR US WE USED TO HAVE A LIL TRAIN MANY YEARS AGO HARD TO STOP EXCITING TO WATCH
BOLT TF UPPPP
Bounces everything outside
He's really a late 3rd round pick he can add value to a team right now as he is but the nfl is gonna dock his height against and proably 40 time to becuase its benifical to whoever has this kid on their board but 5'08 at 215 is excellent size for his height he's quick with the vision and decision to I can se him running between tackles on the next level easily
Ran 4.46
@@redhead375 I was actually suprised he ran that fast
I can't wait to see Slater and Alt openning gaps for this dude run through
He got the moves!! Go Bolt!!!
#Boltup⚡️
⚡️⚡️⚡️
Looks like MJD from the Jags . More electric . And a DOG ! Great pick !
woooo
Welcome to the Chargers #boltup
Barryish 💯‼️⚡️⚡️⚡️💪🏼
Not even close bro.
@@thoughtaboutit I wonder if anyone ever said Barry was going to be Brownish?
Or Rice was going to be Alworthish ?
Time will tell but college stats, stature, and running style say otherwise…
The difference will be he’ll have an Emmit Smith OLine 💪🏼💯
I like his burst into the defensive front 7. Not sure if he can outpace NFL secondaries but thats ok. Looks like a nice replacement to Austin Ekeler. I think Vidal can do damage in his rookie year with the Chargers. BOLT UP!!!
Not blazing speed but a straight up north and south runner. Can't wait to watch some games and see him develop.
He makes those cuts so low to the ground too. I'd compare him to Mark Ingram but 22 never had moves like this.
⚡️
Nare', twende 🔥 🎉
Sproles 2.0 impressive tape
.daaaaaaaam
Nice fit for giants late round rb
Kid reminds me of Michael turner. Welcome to the bolts!
Welcome to the bolts
Future steeler
Future Chief
⚡️⚡️⚡️
#30 ⚡
Jaylen Warren vibes
I feel like the Troy WRs block better than the linemen lmao
Training with Ben Herbert is going to make this kid super-human! He's just getting started...
Reminds me of Jonathan Stewart come one and be a Panther my guy
Welcome to the Chargers ⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️
Defenses will have trouble tracking him behind Alt 😂
He'd make a good #2 back for the Rams
man does that Troy announcer love saying "room to run" or what
I see stars on the side of his helmet
As a great nephew of Hank Aaron, the Los Angeles Chargers decide to take this guy in.
Lacks elite explosiveness which projected to a better conference means it’s hard to tell exactly where he really stands. Seems to possess all the other requisite skills to be a decent number 2 option potentially though.
Our version of Maurice jones drew
Reminds me of someone we gave to the commanders. Great move and this guys a rookie 🫡⚡️
Doug Martin 2.0. The Swole Vole.
We just signed J.K and Gus Edward's and we still have Spiller we could have drafted Rice Jr.
Those dudes are meat heads this is our eckeler/ Lt / sprolls play maker
And still got him!!
Stay punching air john looool
Who's going to see him until he's already 5 yards past the LOS and juking the slow linebacker out of their jock?
6th round seems about right
Ok ok ok ok why is the nfl letting this happen lol joe alt , slater and this dude running 🏃 after they block omg bolt up ⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️😮
6rd - 7rd if drafted
Yep big numbers traits but shite competition.
The Chargers Blake Corum.
He's being projected as a 7th RD draft pick. Not much of a prize for being the nation's leading rusher. The combine can change that.
Could see him getting drafted by us i mean the Raiders plays in a way like Josh Jacobs
Reminds me a little of Frank Gore
Runs like MJD
Good vision, toughness, some good quickness but nowhere near elite in cutting, slow when down to a foot race for the end zone. Solid RB for a 6th rounder that appears to be a slow version of prime Austin Ekeler or maybe a Blake Corum with less wear and tear.
No in between tackle runs, all to the outside except short yardage.
Where’s the talk for this dude? Is it the usage?
Nah, it's the lack of competition he played against
Doesn’t look like he has great speed but this dude can take contact and shake off dudes. I would be fine if the Texans take him in like sixth round
Buffalo Bills!
Not a blocking back...Light weight at running back.
He’s was one of the best blocking backs in the nation
Noted tackle shedder
Flock Nation needs to grab him like they did keaton
He's ok but the offensive line is opening holes you could drive a truck Through
His top speed worries me. His cuts in little space and strength to arm defenders is what makes think he will possibly be a bell cow.
He isn’t that fast if he had 4.3 speed he be a top 5 back
He like 4.5 or 4.6 though ID guess
@@jumpstreet2425is speed is 4.45!Thats the speed i see in the game!Close with Guerendo for the best back of this draft!
Texan
Eagles draft
Looks slow
Top end speed is alright but his first burst is insane and those cutbacks shakes and stiff arms are brutal
He's a Boston Scott knockoff for the eagles for sure!
Chargers goin be a young new problem......new problem in the NFL mark that!!!
Not as good as Cody Schrader...
Nations leading rusher. Ok. Against who?
Keep it in mind. Better backs in this draft. Vs real teams
I get tired of hearing this garbage. They said the same thing about Demarcus Ware and Osi Umenyiora. Both out of Troy and both premier players in the NFL
@@alwaysengines That's 2 out of how many troy players? And those were much more highly valued players.
He can be really be a good piece for a team.
But he isnt going to be close to the NFL' s leading rusher.
He could be good. I think he is.
Pretty decent.
I said keep in mind. I didnt say he was trash. He was playing trash teams though.
See how it translates next level.
What round did the nations leading rusher go in?
Very unimpressive
Bolt up baby!!!
