INGREDIENTS:
1 large white onion, chopped
3 pieces medium-size tomatoes
2 slices ginger
Salt
2-3 tablespoons miso (fermented soya bean paste)
6 cups rice washing or water
1 small radish, sliced in 1/2-inch thickness
½ kilo shrimps
2 pieces long green chilies
3 tablespoons fish sauce
3 tablespoons sinigang powder (tamarind soup base mix)
2 bunches mustasa

I tried your recipe and I cooked it as per how your do it. Kaso, parang hindi ko na-achieve kasi hindi ko na-achieve yung asim. Any suggestions po para ma-achieve yung asim ng sinigang?

Don’t use peas for Sinigang. You can use string beans, spinach, bok choy, daikon, okra and eggplant
People from the visayas and mindanao almost always put ginger in sinigang. Weird for people from Luzon.
shrimp in Hebrew=חסילון (hasilon)
Hindi “simpol” ito, bakit may gisa? Simple lang ang sinigang, halo-halo lang lahat ng ingredients.
