    Hello there.
    I wanted to let you be informed on a bit of information/ experience that I have discovered.
    I recently installed a set of the upper rear control arm bracket plate washers like you did on your jeep ZJ when you lifted your jeep and made the video of it.
    And I wanted to tell you that sadly it was a big mistake on my part, although it does help a small bit with drive shaft vibration,. It does not correct it.
    So what I am having to do is repair the rear upper control arm brackets
    I made square washer plates from 3/16" thick steel that are the same size as the ones from Zone off-road,
    And I drilled a 10mm / .390 hole in the center of them and welded them onto my brackets, I only welded them across the top and bottom of the plates, and then I welded them up on the inside to fill in the part of the bolt holes that were slotted out, so that I could restore the original bolt holes to the proper locations and proper size.
    And I am not running a transfer case drop, because it only causes front driveshaft vibration.
    Instead I am going to use a set of upper front and rear adjustable control arms from Core 4x4 .
    So I can set up the pinion angles, and remedy the driveshaft vibration issues, because if ignored it will destroy the transfer case bearings, and also the differential pinion bearings, along with the universal joints in the driveshafts.
    I am sending you this information because I know you had used the similar type of brackets plates along with the transfer case drop in your video. And I thought this information might be helpful to you.
    Especially if you are a person who likes his jeep as much as I like mine.

    Hey there. I was just watching your 4" lift install video on TH-cam.
    I have a 95 ZJ like yours that I have been fixing up , that I did a 4 inch suspension lift on.
    After while you are probably going to want to make a few upgrades for better drive ability , and durability.
    Such as I seen that your jeep has the front drive shaft with the Rezeeba joints , I highly recommend going to a salvage yard and finding a regular drive shaft with the double cardan style universal joints.
    And a adjustable front track bar would probably be a good upgrade also ,. I got a Rusty's off road one for mine .
    And instead of that cheap transfer case drop , you would be much better off installing a slip yoke eliminator kit in your transfer case and getting a double cardan style rear drive shaft .
    Or if you want to you can get adjustable rear upper control arms to dial in the rear pinion angle.
    And with those big tires you might want to consider upgrading the tie rods.
    For a guy building on a budget , you can use the V8 tie rods for your same model jeep , they are a direct fit.
    The front steering is fairly easy to adjust on the tie rods . On mine I set it with a tape measure to 1/16" toe in .

      Yeah, I have been worried about the front driveshaft, it's on a pretty good angle now. I need to swap my transfer case out for a part-time unit, I've got the awd one. I'll look into that double cardan joint shaft as well. And I like that V8 tie rod idea. My biggest issue is I don't like how the rear axle is shifted real far forward now with the lift, I was thinking of lenthing the aftermarket lower arms and getting some adjustable uppers. My worries now are is the driveshaft going to be too short. Looks like a V8 rear shaft is a inch longer but goes to a Dana 44a and idk if they have the same u joints or not. Maybe I could make that work some how

      If you remove the transfer case drop , it will help correct the angle of the front drive shaft.
      The AWD 249 transfer cases always seem to get a bad reputation , but they alright in my opinion , my wife has one in her 1993 Grand wagoneer with 195,000 miles on it and the transfer case still works perfectly fine. The main thing I believe is just doing proper maintenance, and always keeping the fluids full.
      For the rear drive shaft the most important thing is that the rear pinion angle and the output angle of the transfer case is the same if you are using a stock two universal joint drive shaft, to help keep it from vibration.
      If you decide to extend the rear control arms , you may run into a issue with the fuel tank being too close to the rear axle during axle flex, so keep that in mind and measure carefully if you do that modification.

    I understand this is a 2 year old tire but the longer the tire sets the more the rubber will cure and the longer they will last.

    Hate the way it shoves the rear wheels forward..pushes the rear drive shaft toooooooo close to the transfer case..buy a good long arm kit..

      Just going to make those lower arms a bit longer, and get some adjustable upper arms. Probably have to get a longer driveshaft too. Should work good and still be a 1000$ cheaper. It's not going to be a rock buggy, but I leave in Michigan, sand and mud is my terrain.
