One thing you GREAT WRITERS have in common? Artistic integrity!!! I love it that you live what you say, Shonda Rhimes, i.e., "people will follow you as long as what is happening to the characters feels emotionally honest!!" You and Shakespeare have this in common...artistic integrity!! Bravo!

She sounds like a wonderful boss, God bless her! As for time boundaries, go tell that to demanding bosses with crazy requests at times that are absolutely ludicrous, smh!

im not a Capricorn but have herd they have this kinda work ethic-like most is on top of their work, but i wish i had her heart or wit...i mean yea, on the surface you'd say she seems cold but at work, from what we've all herd-Steve Jobs RIP was way more stricter and look how Apple managed to sustain its position though obviously Steve ddnt do everything in running the company, but we have these kinda personalities in our groups, team or whatever work we do-who push us [potentials]!

Television, is a rough fast-paced industry.
Blah blah...the interviewer should stick to writing...she sure loves to hear herself. We want to hear from the world's leading female producer..Shondra....not the interviewer. Blah...Thank goodness Shondra is a Goddess.
I think that's unfair because the interviewer asked really good and poignant questions; questions that I've always wondered about Shonda Rhime's work.
