You guys have some of the best informative videos on TH-cam. I'm curious to see what you think about the Legend Air Suspension system for a rock crawling application, do you think its silly or serious? Would seem to be flexible considering your weight load on a 6-seat can very dramatically depending on who you're hauling around. Thanks!
What up Ryan! Seriously appreciate you saying that! It definitely has me intrigued. Could potentially be a bug plus on a rock crawling rig. Let me mow this over some more and will get back to you!
Now I know it depends on weather and time of year but I see those doors have some small vents in them I imagine you’d get pretty hot in there since they don’t have windows to open am I correct or is there something I can’t see?
How much wider than stock did you end up? I would really like to do some 4" portals on my 2020 RZR XP Turbo but want to increase my width as least as possible. I am currently running a 14" wheel I believe with a 5" offset
Are you planning to upgrade the shocks? I would like to know what you think. I have the same machine I use for recovery unit and would like to know if shock upgrade would help.
Kelowna Side by Side Guys great question. So without a doubt I am sure there are better shocks than oem for this machine. Problem being they are such a short throw shock does the cost out weigh the benefit. In our opinion this machine actually rides really nice with the portals and 3” lift. We do have plans to test other setups here in the near future.

Hey Shawn! The jack is the Jack Daddy from Tuff Trail Gear and it is seriously bad ass. It is the safest, and easiest Jack to use. Check them out at www.tufftrailgear.com. The rock sliders are by Ricochet Offroad and they are tough as hell. www.ricochetoffroad.com Hope that helps!
Dang...that is one nice ranger. Very well built. I would feel comfortable putting my family in one of those.
Thank you sir! It has been a great rig over the last couple years!
I just bought a 2013 crew diesel this week and I would never thought they could do that kind of thing.
paul reynolds They are a very versatile rig!! Congrats on the purchase.
Wow really cool!
Thanks man!
Are those boxed A-Arms available for the Rangers? I didn't see anything on their website for anything other than Rzr.
They used to be, not sure now though
I noticed what looks like a California License plate on the Polaris, how is that possible? Great MODS!
That is actually a Utah dealer plate!
Do they make these front and rear a-arms that you are using for a 2020 Ranger 1000 Crew? This rig is amazing. Great job
When did Tom Arnolds looks change so much??? Lol
Great machines you got there
What hood and LED bar is that? Thanks!

Yes you would be correct, the new version of those doors can remove the top half in warm months!
That’s awesome now
Let me know if you ever sell this, me and 4 kids buying a house next to a trail head 100yds away. Thanks!
You got it

What kind of bed rail system is that?
Superatv makes them!
Why didn't you go with the SATV 6" lift?
Mike Macdonald We went with the 3” to be enough to clear bigger tires but keep the center of gravity lower for crawling.

Awesome video and rig! I am looking to do something similar, could you let me what is the tire size and rim offset you were running? Thanks
Tire size is 32" and offset is 4 on 3
What size tires are on it?
These are 32" superatv Warriors!
What size wheels and tires ?
32" Superatv warrior r/t on 14" wheels
Great set up, I have a full crew with stock enclosure, do u have a build sheet or parts list of modifications with costs? Thx
Thank you sir! We have another video on here that we do a full walk around with links of everything we used!
Put some rzr xp shocks on it. Get that cushy ride!

Hey what's the width of it on that set up? Where I ride we have width restrictions
Hey Eric, the portals add 8-9 inches in width then depending on the offset of your wheels.
Thanks a lot
Would love to know what jack is on it and whos rock sliders
