I can never forget this quote! It brings in mind the concept of Identity based habit which is the rewarding type of habit.
Focus of those little actions, be consistent with them, over time it's gonna culminate in a particular identity of you; basically you're now the kind of person that pulls off success by default.

Even more detailed information is available in, Atomic Habits.
    👍
Start with an incredibly small habit. Make it so easy you can't say no.
Increase your habit in very small ways.
As you build up, break habits into chunks.
When you slip, get back on track quickly.
    Be patient.

Thanks for the great summary. I’ve been reading the book myself and in making it easy part, James Clear mentioned the 2 minute rule which seems to be at odds with your example of eating a full serving of vegetables. I think your point is super valid and it’s something I wonder as well based on my experience. I’m curious what you think. What do you make of that?

I am not a huge SW fan, so I'm gonna name them the small council and the great council
This morning you made all the change for me at work

Can you expand this topic with accountability groups, apps, what makes them successful, how do they work etc? Thank you!
