    Gowthsmi even my self I reached 93 kgs 9 yrs back . I realised my self n with strict diet n gym I reached 63 kgs in 5 months . Now iam 49:yrs old still maintng same . I go regularly gym n follow diet . Since few months iam not keeping well . So no gym so doing intermittent fasting to maintain weight . Still mntaining 63 kgs . So totally 30 kgs weight reduction in 5 months duration . I feel really happy n proud myself for consistency

    Great work ...👌...I knew how much struggle we face after delivery due to weight gain...I also gained weight after first baby I also followed same food nd excercises I lost 10 kg weight in 1 month...again after 2nd delivery I gained weight now boy is 6 months no workouts no gym....quarantine...u inspired me this time to stary my workouts again.
