    O’Reilly in my area have had these out for a few weeks and I’ve been eyeballing them from the parts counter every time I go in there. Next time I’m in there I think I’ll pick one up after watching this. Oh and by the way, stop apologizing for your reviews being long. They’re thorough and that’s why we watch them. Keep em’ coming.

    I don't know why it took TH-cam this long to recommend your videos to me because I watch tool reviews daily. You make such well informed content, this is the first time I have seen somebody take a tool apart in a review! Excellent job sir!

    I think you should consider affiliate links for some of these reviews you do. The volume change with the audio doesn't bother me but I did notice it, I understand that your a newer content creator and I do appriciate these small items reveiws. Seems like your the only one doing them and you really pump them out.

    O'Reilly has a really cool 3/8 stubby ratchet that on the handle you can add any 3/8 extension to it to make it as long as you want

    Tone is a Japanese company that makes ratchets that small. Kind of hard to buy in the US. Nice to see a more available supplier of micro ratchets..

    Just picking one of these up and saw they now have the same form factor but instead of being a normal 1/4 ratchet it is set up as a bit driver! Looks very useful especially once the fastener is broken free and you use it in a screwdriver like fashion!

    • @patrickcallahan2210
      @patrickcallahan2210 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Titan numbers for the bit drivers are 11318 (silver), 11321 (red), 11323 (orange), 11325 (green), and 11317 (Blue). I went with Silver myself :) Also it looks like the original ratchet is available in the same colors as well for folks.

    Viewers in Australia may be interested to know that Warren & Brown carries the same tool described as, 90-Teeth, 1/4" Drive Super Mini Swivel Ratchet. Their blue 1/4" square drive is p/n 63360.
    I got the Titan 1/4 square and hex for my daughter in red and blue to match her tools and the 1/4 hex in orange to match my tools. Bless my daughter, I can justify twice as many tool purchases.

    I have the Power Torque mini ratchet and I mostly use it as a 1/4 inch drive. I recently had an issue with the angle of the bolt not working so it was a major issue with using the end of the ratchet with the 1/4 adapter and a socket. This would have saved so much time and effort. I'll be picking one of these up ASAP

  • @richb2229
    @richb2229 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I love mine! I don’t use it much but when I do it’s perfect! Update, I got a set of low profile 1/4” drive sockets (GM PT) and they really make this and other micro ratchets I have.

    I been looking at these over the weekend but found a slightly used snap on one for a little more money I plan on putting a kit in it to make a bit ratchet, this one will be next tho! I like the compact fit, it will be great for work in small tight areas.

    It blows my mind that so many people complain about youtube videos being too long so often. So many youtubers seem to mention it in every other video I watch.
    The way I see it is:
    People want to watch the videos, but they are so lazy that they need the creator that is providing them free content to cut the video off for them in the amount of time that is the most convenient for them because their laziness prevents them from being able to push the PAUSE button - actually on a computer you can click anywhere on the video and it will pause it for you, or on a phone you just tap the screen in the middle twice.
    I hope that a few of those people complaining about long videos will be able to find the pause button after reading this, but they probably won't because they are too busy complaining about free content - that they like to watch - because there is too much of it or they can't pause a video.

    Good stuff. Oreilly tool collection contains, as you have pointed out, undiscovered (and unique) goodies. This is a real prize. Thanks. for universal Torx socket sets review.
    Oreilly website stinks; worth spending time prowling the store tool section. Titan $14 carbide scraper hidden there. Thanks, again.
    I think Oreilly is second best actual store after HF... but you need to hunt. If you GOTTA get one tool, look here first.
