    Absolute champion bloke. Came to a meet & greet at Stroud pub a couple years ago & it was unreal! His stories were great & no bullshitting. Only thing better was the person he is, absolute honour to meet him 👍

    Another tip for holding the ball that I was taught by me Dad and junior coach. If you do hold the ball tucked under your arm, have your hand on the point of the ball, so if it does pop loose, it has a far higher chance of going backwards. Depends on your level of ball control, you could also use this method for an impromptu Offload, but I wouldn't recommend, and NEVER try it in your own half, take some time after training to practice. lol
