Kenya govt must not let such Mafia scam Kenyans again. Lottery must have Govt involved so money can go to schools and roads. Betting isn't a biz activity but just pure gambling. The formula for casino gambling: probability of winning is a negative number so we have many losers. Wasn't bad,that time people used to bet manually. You come to casino place your bets,the cashier gives you a receipt and when you win you just come and collect your cash. Gero was a down to earth guy

Wathika misused his powers during his time as a mayor. How can you wake up one morning and clear all gaming boths and later replace with competitor...And God knows how to deal with injustice...and you know later how he lost his political seat .. however it seems his business partners had something to do with his demise.

Correction. Neither Gene Grand, Gerro nor Wathika formed Pevans East Africa Ltd (PEAL). They bought from the same founder of Lotto. This same person who founded PEAL , together with Capt Karauri, currently controls 84% of the Company that operates Sportpesa. Also Paul Wanderi Ndungu voluntarily resigned as Chairman and Director of Pevans.
