Pulsar 250 series was not marketed well, honestly. Surprisingly, Bajaj made happy revving smoother engines.
Forgot to put a sixth gear though. Don't even try to say "you don't need it". Everybody needs a 6th gear in the touring bikes.
But sadly there's no update to the Pulser F250 and even manufacturing is comparatively low to the other options available in the same segment.

Just completed 10 months and 10k Kilometres on the Pulsar, never even have regretted my purchase. It provides such a beautiful balance of sportiness and comfort. It's effortless to ride. The gearing is so tall that you'll do 100 at about 6.5k rpm and wouldn't even feel the speed until you look at the speedo. The bike tops out at about 148 which is just enough for the simple engine it is. Overall it's a great bike screwed due to Bajaj's shitty marketing.
Just two little complaints, weight is on the higher side and due to higher COG, it feels bulky and heavy and also the steering turn radius is a bit higher. Once you're on the get go the straight line stability for touring purpose is excellent and also it holds the line pretty well in corners.
I'm confused between n250 / f 250.

@@njkhule9999 no doubt cb300f is a great bike to buy, better than n250 ofcourse, especially the price at which it is available plus Honda's reliability.
But the CB can only be serviced at Honda bigwing thus service network isn't good and since the bike has sold in very less numbers, users have said that parts aren't available at all and they have to wait months to get parts. So in that front n250 is quite good. Parts and services are cheap and is readily available almost everywhere.
@@ankn01N250 is naked one which doesn't have aerodynamics so wind blast will hit you while cruising on highways where as F250 has aerodynamics, buy according to ur requirement and likes. I don't go on highways regularly but I like F250 more than the N...

The connectivity thing is an absolute BS to me. I previously owned the BS-4 NTorq for 4yrs & in that period, I used the connectivity thing only twice. To me, the Pulsar is always VFM as it's built better than the Hero & is good for City commuting....

N250 comes with 5 gears whereas XMR has 6 gears.......Will that makes big difference?
N250 has tall gears so yeah it won't make much difference while riding in city, but when u go over 135-140 on highways, yes u might feel lack of 6th gear

@@abhishekmahawar3082 top speed of it can achieved, but the rate at which it is achieved depends on presence of 6th gear. They r indeed good bikes no doubt.
@mr.crazy.boy.77 n250 carries power from low rpm range, and also the rpm band is wide. It goes upto 700 easily, so the acceleration it provides can smoke competition too . I know after 7000 rpm n250 don't have that much power but I have touched 154 with n250(tyre changed)

I find the N250 to be a better all rounder bike here ,whereas Karizma is directly a sportbike now not even sport tourer ok not with that 11ltr fuel tank .

Numbers don’t matter. Despite having 2 valves and oil cooled engine, Pulsar’s engine feels much superior, reliable and fun.

@@gggeorge yep. Have this bike since the launch. Clocked almost 30k kms. Never once this bike gave up on me during long rides. This is not the old Bajaj engine, it’s new, improved and RELIABLE.

Pulsars are design by glyn kerr, who designed bmw s1000rr and other super bikes, so there is no doubt for the design which can last long. Talking about the n250 it has pulsar 220 enginer which is overengineerd from 14 years and now its 250. Coming to the comparasion between both... i am damn sure that you never have seen karizma winning against pulsar, haa jyda technical ho toh like vivo, oppo user than you must go for karizma - owner of n250, karizma zmr, pulsar 220, cd deluxe.

I dont know about the reliability of karizma.. it may be good. Otherwise i will prefer my frnds that drive that bikes for a minimum 100 km and if it is feels good for you then pick it. The reviews are their point of view and it may differ from one person to other espacitally in case of ergonomics. Yes defently they may have more experience than us, but it will be make us more confusing. How a bike feels completely up to a person who drive it...
