You guys have helped me more than a PT did, especially during covid. My day is no longer complete until I hear Kristi use the word "spicy".

Couldn’t agree more on the not liking the cervical compression main reason I avoid handstand push-ups. The tabata looks like a great alternative excited to try this!

My left shoulder still fails me (and my arm as a whole, although I follow Kristi's advice on stretching), but looking at you, I don't give up trying....if not a barbell, then dumbbells, if not on both hands I work, then on one, the main thing is not to sit on the couch, thank you for your motivation

I'm always amazed at the wrist and lat flexion/control especially when receiving the bar back into rack position with push press and push jerks. Theres so much more to it than it looks 😔 I think I have a long way to go to get comfortable with this so I'm no longer bruising myself up! 😭
    Thanks for the continued videos.

Try the Tyler twist with a Theraband Flexbar for elbow problems...we use it for all of our tennis players who have epicondylitis.

I can definitely use more shoulder stamina work... For some reason way more comfortable in strict as opposed to kipping but I need to get more volume if that's the case... Thank you guys for the amazing content

Hey Kristi would you be able to make a video on what you eat or maybe one of those mukbang videos that everyone makes. I just want to know what you eat lol

I'd love to see you make a mukbang video, Kristi. I think it's because I'm trying to diet right now, so I can enjoy watching someone else enjoy their food since I can't 😂

Nice video, nice workout! I as wondering, I noticed your heals are off the ground in full extension on the dumbell raises. What is the purpose of that opposed to having your heals flat on the ground? I know the calves are engaged big time when you're on the balls of your feet. Thanks, you guys are grrreat!

    • @patrickoconnell2380

hey! kind of like if you were going to "jump" your toes would be the last thing to leave the floor even though you are exploding through your heels. We are driving hard with our legs and coming onto our toes a little bit is just a biproduct. those dumbells got heavy lol!!

How are you timing the BB coming down and where is the target as it comes down for back jerks? Does your hair bother you as the bar lands on it?
