If I think I won’t use a lot of the shades, I can safely pass on the palette. I’ve been debating on picking this one up!

Oh I need this palette! I have 2 smaller ones and they are like nothing else. Such @ luxurious experience to put them on your eyes. The disco palette is so pretty , one of my fave❤️

I love these two looks, and I know what you mean: there have been more than a few items I was ready to pass on until I saw Alicia Archer's review. She has such a talent for capturing both the fantasy aspect of makeup and the very realistic, here's-exactly-what-you-get aspect.
As someone who usually likes the more colourful and multichrome shades even for me this caught my eye and Byredo is one of the luxury brands I can get in store in my country. I 100% agree that this is a stellar pallet and I use this in the days when I really just need something quick done. My only small complaint is that I was expecting the heavy acrylic PMG level packaging, but actually when you get the palette it's quite light and it almost feels like the more inexpensive kind of plastic. Nothing to do with the performance of the shades, it's just that when you pay 95 euros for a palette, the high expectations also applies to the packaging. The embossment in the front though is very beautiful. 😍

I went and ordered it as soon as I finished your video! Its going to be my first Byredo purchase. It’s just lovely and everyone raves about the formula in the big Byredo palettes. Honestly, your looks just makes this palette seem so captivating! You can have one and dones, but also full looks with all different tones, and you can go from a soft subtle look to more impactful with a silver. It’s so versatile and it’s just my color story! I can’t ask for much more! I can see myself wearing it all through the summer. I hope it doesn’t take too long to get to my house! 😂
Also looking more into the palette it also looks like Charlotte Tilbury pillow talk quad a bit and the eye colours Charlotte used on Nicole Kidman in the Grammy awards or some awards. The silver shimmers. Fantastic selection of colours ❤❤❤❤❤

Byredo remembrance palette looks utterly beautiful , it reminds me of cinnabar by Lisa Eldridge. I just mean some of the colours remind me of that palette. Just the colours in the palette look gorgeous and would suit my eye colour. It looks superb on blue eyes is what I'm trying to say 😊

I paid AU $159.50 in total from Selfridges. The price must have gone up since you purchased. Whilst this isn't my colour story I was curious to try the formula & plan on using the pink shades as blush. I just wish there was a neutral to cool tone for the crease. Haven't received my order yet so hoping the shadows aren't broken as I've heard it's a soft formula.

I mean, I think it is. There will always be slight differences because a camera will never capture what an eye does. I think apart from my lighting being a bit brighter it looks pretty similar to my eye. And agreed the palette is so pretty! 💗💗

I want this palette but hesitate a lot. On some fotos and videos it looks more warm pink with gold and silver accents and on other fotos - warm brown orange with silver accents. If it is pink - I will like it, but if it is warm orange - defenetly no.
It’s turning quite warm on me, I’m afraid. I use the pink and rosy shades and still turn warm-like what Charlotte Tilbury does for me. I’m fair/light neutral skin. Hope it works for you!
It’s both. It’s like half the palette is pink/cool and the other half is warm toned. I can see comparisons to ND my dream for sure. This palette is a softer and subtle than Natasha formula 💗💗
I had a recent revaluation on why I’m having a lot of my skin showing texture after applying foundation. When I use a brush to apply my foundation, it’s almost like I’m lightly exfoliating my skin and I use the BK Beauty foundation brush. When I use a sponge, my texture is less noticeable. I find using a brush is easier but now I’m having to rethink my application routine. Your thoughts?
I asked Wayne Goss about this exact issue, years ago, and he said you’re micro-exfoliating with the brush. It’s lifting tiny skin flecks and showing them off. Incorporate a physical exfoliant into your weekly routine, as well as chemical exfoliation. Really hydrate before you make up, to provide the softest base. Try applying with your brush (I use the same one and love it) and go over with a damp blender to finish. This has worked for me. :)
I'd honestly never thought of that before but makes complete sense to me and probs why I love using a sponge too. I just find the sponge really melts the product into my skin instead of it sitting on top in a way 💗💗

Mmm I wouldn't really compare the two to be honest. They are quite different color stories and formulas. Pat's shadows are a lot more impactful and glittery etc where as this is a softer more subtle formula like Lisa Eldridge's 💗💗
