I learned almost 8 years ago that the fastest way to overcome a panic attack is to go into what I come to call "Praise Mode", where I make my mind focus on all I have to thank Jesus for.. if what He did at the Whipping Post and the Cross was not MORE than enough, He still keeps doing and doing things for us EVERY DAY. I Love how He LOVES us SO WELL. In no time I am so busy praising Him I totally forget that I felt any panic at all... I have not really experienced more than a few seconds of panic since that first 2 weeks of being awakened by panic attacks in the night for about 2 weeks... I decided then I wasn't going to put up with it anymore. And I haven't... one attempt from the enemy to cause panic to flash and I go into praise mode... the devil doesn't try bothering me much with those any more because he can't stand being the catalyst for a praise session! LOL
Two years ago something in my marriage triggered a panic attack. The first one I’ve had in all my life. The first of many, for many months. This song also allowed me to find peace amidst the tears and agony. I would play this song on repeat because I couldn’t have survived it without Christ to calm the storms of my heart. I don’t know what you are going through, I pray that the Lord will reveal how much he is with you and for you. He will not leave you. He will not forsake you. He will calm your storms because only He can and only the Lord is good.
This song is so real in this season of uncertainty. In the unknown where everything seems scary, the future seems so dim, and the suffering just keeps piling up. I don't know what you're doing, God. I don't understand why these things are happening. But what I do know and believe is that there is a higher truth. And that is your will. I may not know what it is, but I know that you are faithful. So let go, my soul, and trust in Him. I will trust in you, God, even when I don't understand. I believe you are still in control.

Even in this bad year... When you learn to believe, my bro or sis, that theLord knows where it goes. Then you may see the mountains in front of your eyes turned to sea. I wonder how many times I got the fear, that I could not do it myself. Seeing the people near me taunting me as worthless, disable person. But I am still amazed how Lord my God turned this situation over and over again. And when you learn to do what song reff says, fix eyes on Him.. Then someway it will be done. Maybe not now, but it will be. I am one of the testimonials to it.
🙏Jesus was with me 1-8-2022 and the 13-1/2 days when I was alone in ICU, in hospital beds, and through a rare never seen before aortic aneurysm surgery. I had my life saving surgery 1-20-2022. Jesus was with me from the first day and also into the operating room. The calm and peace Jesus has given me is beautiful beyond words. Through imaging, it was determined that I have an egg sized mass in my chest by my heart that still needs removed in 3-6 months. Jesus will either remove the mass, or will give wisdom and direction to my thoracic surgeon.🙏 Through it ALL ~ it is well with my soul! Thank you Jesus! 😔🙏❤️
