Hello everyone, my name is Alexei, and my four -legged friend Pesel. We live in Russia in the city of Yekaterinburg. We have snow again. Around everything is white and beautiful. The territory near the dugout was also overwhelmed with snow. First of all, I clean the snow near the entrance, and only then I go inside.
Soon spring will begin in our region and snow will begin to melt. So that my dugout is not flooded, I decided to start the preparation in advance. Today I cleared the roof from the snow. Next time I will clean other places.
Even today I plan to make a mini kitchen, I need to make out the old table and build a frame for a new table, I plan to install a sink and a washbasin for hand. When the table frame was ready, I realized that he made a mistake. The table turned out to be too wide and I had to reach forward in order to use the sink. I decided to make the table narrower and did not calculate. The table turned out to be very narrow, it will be inconvenient for me to sit at a narrow table. I spent too much time and decided that next time I would do it differently. And today I will put the old table back to cook food and eat.
Today I will prepare a large roll, the recipe is simple: you need round lavash, cottage cheese, salad leaves, tomatoes, cucumbers and fried meat. I put all the ingredients inward and turn into a roll. It turned out very satisfying and tasty!

@@mishujackie6055 Lavash/wrap/flatbread. I don't know why the colour, possibly beetroot juice. There is a recipe for lavash on YT under 'easy lavash bread recipe'. Hope that's helpful. 🙂

It’s a shame the kitchen didn’t quite work out for your new sink. Maybe you could make the end of your table the same size as the sink and have the same size table by adding another piece of wood down the middle? Food looked amazing as always. Take care, be safe. ❤ Dorset, UK

I'd forgotten how quiet the winter forest is! I moved from rural Minnesota USA to south eastern Tennessee- what they call the "deep south" almost 3 years ago, so I only experience a dusting of snow each winter now. I've gotten too old and in too much pain to deal with the severe cold of Minnesota winters, but I enjoy seeing the beautiful white expanse of it in your wilderness space almost as much as I enjoy your smile. Stay well, stay happy!
