@@shadowgamer700 yes it would be the only thing would be the Plyometrics, you may need to start at a very regressed state of them so you can build up your load tolerance and tendon strength before doing to much volume. Everything else is 👌

I am not, I'm located in California. I do have online/remote training for our athletes if interested.
Will tailor it for football (soccer). Will it work effectively?
You GPP means it’s works for everyone this is the base you want to build first before getting into specific training
