You are certainly an inspiration!! The NCT is definitely on my bucket list, though I am not sure how I feel about hiking along all of the roads. Definitely not one I would want to thru-hike. Definitely want to do the Ohio and Michigan sections since that's where I grew up and I've never been to the UP.
