  • In the fifth episode of Warriors of China we get our first visit to Wudang Mountain - the martial art rival and competitor to Shaolin Temple. While Shaolin is well known for its Kung Fu warrior monks, Wudang Mountain is home to the Taoist Priests of Tai Chi Chuan. It is said to be the birthplace of Tai Chi and the origin of Taoism itself. Certainly, Wudang Mountain is the center of the internal or soft martial arts of China called Neijia, which includes Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong, and Bagua and Xingyi.
