1. Cancel pairing with one and the other earphones in the bluetooth settings
2. Disable Bluetooth
3. Remove both headphones from the case (they should automatically turn on, as shown in the video)
4. After a few seconds, the headphones should flash red and blue alternately (this is also visible in the video)
5. Then put both headphones back in the case without closing it, the headphones should immediately turn off
6. Turn on the headphones again by pressing them simultaneously
7. After the headphones are turned on, without removing them from the case, press them 4 times in a row and hold them for about 9 seconds for the fifth time and release them abruptly. The headphones should turn off and reset to factory settings themselves, and then turn on themselves.
8. When they turn on (a red and blue indication will appear, indicating that the headphones are ready to connect and are in search), turn on Bluetooth, then both headphones will be detected by the phone as one device
9. It remains only to connect

Thank you so much bro actually my H2 hiod was unpair in between each other so i went to mobile shopee they said not posible to repair .then i went to Carl care service they also denied and ask me to show bill willreplace this ...today i just saw your video and in 2nd time only this is repaired thank ypu so much i am doing this from last one month but it wont reapired today i connected to chargong and then i tried both are connected to each other.your steps made my life happy again.i was so upset beacuse of this and 24 by 7 i was using single piece of headfone tody i thought to buy wire headone atleaste we start enjoing the song but when i saw ur video it made my life happy this is amazing gift what i get on december 26 ....taste something and tounge wants more...❤️❤️❤️❤️🤞😘😍
